This place is disgusting. The dining room is not open and the place is really dirty . The kitchen has old brown grease on the floor and the employees are slow. They prioritize the drive in which means the customer in line waits for 10 min to even get acknowledged. Close this location for good!
I get that the dining room is closed due to the pandemic, so that means the drive thru should be at least somewhat fast….not the case THEY ARE AS SLOW AS ALL GET OUT!! SMH
They make you repeat your order 3 times like they can't understand you at the drive thru. They got my coffee size wrong and forgot my cinnamon roll on my order. They have an attitude when you have a problem with your order being messed up. I will not be returning there. Also the Hwy 20 location is terrible!!!
I'm sure the food is great but I wouldn't know since they lie on the page and say they are open till 10. They were super closed at 9. Boo.
It's according to who you get at the drive-thru you've got a couple people in there are very rude and just slings the stuff out the window then you have one other gentleman very nice well-mannered excellent customer service

Excellent location, biscuits are always perfect. I'm able to get service in drive thru window since I'm in Semi truck
This location has to have the rudest staff ever! In particular their managers. They will mess up your order or take extremely long and then get a terrible attitude at their customers. This happened on more than one occasion. They are very nasty with how they talk to customers. I am convinced corporate is not checking this location for customer service, because you can tell they treat customers any kind of way because they are used to getting away with it. I hope this changes.
Shut this place down, I went a couple of months ago cashier working drive thru lack respect and customer service. She was rolling her eyes because she messed up the manager came to the window and she was just as gullible. I kindly received my money back so yesterday 12/12 me being me trying to give them another chance. The worker on the intercom lacks professionalism and was rude. I politely drove off because I am not paying for poor service. If y'all employees in customer service don't like your profession do all of us a favor find something you will truly like doing. I pray you all find peace in whatever you going through because y'all some hateful people!
The lady's that run the drive thru in the mornings are the best and I drive out my way most days not just cuz the food is so good ( cuz it is...) but also the customer service is so above anywhere around there
