Omg The nearest Hardee’s 17 mins from my house, and they are always out of tenders. Then your stuck in the slow moving line and can’t get out once they say they don’t have the tenders.They won’t fool me anymore. I guess I have to call first. Or stop coming. Ugghhhhhhhhh
Wasn't impressed today. Burgers/fries were cold and lettuce/tomatoes seemed old. Could only eat half. I had the #1 w/cheese. My observation here is that like other fast food businesses, Covid is creating service and quality issues. There were only two people taking orders, drive-thru and counter, and preparing.
One of the BEST ones I have ever come across. The bathrooms super clean and the service was amazing!
Wish I didn’t have to leave 1 star.The service is absolutely terrible here. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes with about 7-8 workers & no line. Once I finally got my order it was COMPLETELY wrong. Went in and after waiting about another 5-10 minutes for my order the MANAGER gave me my food and told me to have a good day and made a smart remark as I walked out the door “or not” IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB DONT WORK. I’ve never in my life experienced anything like this. DO NOT GO HERE OR HIRE NEW WORKERS. Someone needs to get control over this place.
Why are yall serving cold food at 11am. Yall aren't even busy I'm still sitting in the parking lot.
Always great customer service with a smile. Food is always piping hot. Breakfast is the best! Try the steak and cheese biscuit.
Although they were very busy and short staffed. The speed of the line was fast and the workers were very polite. They only missed putting bacon on my sons breakfast sandwich which was taken care of with no problem and quickly.
The chili dog wad verytasty, just too big for me, also don't know if it is beef or pork, forgot to ask that part, the only reason for the score of 4 stars was the size of the hot dog, otherwise, very good, a bit sloppy bcuz of how much chili they put on it
Items were crushed and mangled, items we ordered were not available.. I don't usually patron Hardee's but my daughter wanted to stop. This one DEFINITELY lived up to my expectations ?
It's average. At least I can say they made my food fresh but it seems like it's really empty there. Wouldn't be surprised if it closed down from lack of business.
