If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. I got to the drive through at 11:20, no one answered. I said “hello” no one answered. I pulled around to the window and watch a few employees talk and cut up, laughing about calling out due to the hot weather, they noticed me and did nothing about it. It took another few minutes of them talking for someone to walk over and take my order. It is 11:57 and I just got my food.
I like this Hardee's restaurant in this part of Georgia. The food taste good and they have a very friendly staffs.
Where do I even start? This location didn't have any chicken options because they said it was all frozen. They ran out of onion rings and to top it all off, I asked for some sauce and they covered it in plastic wrap because I'm sure they ran out of lids too.
I just left your drive thru. The manager Tasha was rude and unfriendly. I was the only person in drive thru and her entire greeting started off rushed. rude and annoyed that anyone even showed up at tge restaurant. Once I placed my order she didn't even allow me to ask for condiments. She slammed the window closed.. When I asked if she was the manager she replied " yes, my name is Tasha and what's the problem?" When I explained I wanted to talk to someone over her she replied " call corporate I don't give a ?" This is my first time going to Hardee's and due to her behavior I do not care how good the food my be when I get home. I will not go back to this establishment!!!
Fast, friendly service. Recommend the bacon burrito, it was delicious and was actually full of food not just tortilla.
Drive thru was so busy and still received the best customer service, not sure of her name but she was wonderful, so sweet and good was hot and fresh!!! Thank you
Great burgers great breakfast. Lots of coupons out there to help with inflationary price hikes. Hardee's coupons allow you to use them and double up with 2 discounts. They often allow you to use expired coupons and also allow you to keep the coupon to use later.
By far the worst Hardee's. The young lady with the blonde dreads is rude and hung up in my face when I asked for a manager. My grits were cold and I am never treated friendly when I eat here. If fast food isn't your career preference please don't make the customer suffer.... horrible service!!!!
They need to start paying attention to what people orders. Because I have with threw drive threw on many Occasions I've been rushed to order and I have missed something out of my breakfast order 5 times. I stopped going because I'm sick of getting to work done paid my good money then not to have my food in the bag.. Yall have to do better this was my go to for breakfast.
Place was clean and cashier was very friendly. Food came out fast, was hot, and good, even though it was right at the time to switch over to lunch. Will return as always!
