Very nice staff and great food!
Yesterday (5.7.22) was my first time eating at Hacienda....it was suggested by my boyfriend.The good...Ordered the burrito bowl and quesadilla plate both were tasty. The service was great, had a really attentive server and the atmosphere is cool. Really nice size restaurant.The bad.....Ordered a prickly pear ? margarita and was asked if I wanted the small glass or the medium, selected the medium. When it arrived at the table it definitely did not look like a medium margarita and it was not in a margarita glass. To my surprise that small drink was almost $17!!!!At most of the area mexican restaurants for $17 your getting a small pitcher of margarita. Very high drink prices at this restaurant. Also asked for a side of sour cream and it was way overpriced at $3.50....customer beware!!!Will return to try other dishes but will never order the margarita again.
Pros: Bernardo was a friendly and prompt server. Food was timely and tasted good. Manager was on the floor, stopping by tables and was notably friendly as well. Large selection of menu items (food and margaritas). Food and drink presentation was excellent. We were there near the end of the night and sections were being thoroughly cleaned. Atmosphere was great.Con: Fabuloso. The place has a overwhelming smell of floor cleaner from the moment you walk in and they didn’t even start mopping until we were leaving. Appeared as if tables were being wiped with diluted fabuloso (purple tinted liquid in a clear sixth pan) instead of food safe disinfectant in a properly labeled bucket. I hate to smell floor cleaner as I eat. But if you don’t, it might be a five star experience. I also thought $14.99 was a little high for a house margarita, but it was a medium.Pictured: hacienda tacos and house margarita

I had the best experience ever! The food was amazing, but the service was even better. My server Rafael was so attentive and gave great suggestions on the food. Alicia was Amazing! Alicia made us feel at home. my family felt so welcomed. If you want great food and great service, Hacienda In McDonough is the place to be.
This place is live and the vibe is great. The food was definitely a 10. Rafael was my waiter and gave superb service down to the drink selection and my meal choice. Definitely not a typical Mexican restaurant. I will return.
Jamie was delightful server. Ask for Jamie. Drinks are great and beautiful. They were out of strawberry flavoring :(. Churro was delicious and had yummy fudge. Ask for Newman burritos. Grilled chicken is my favorite. I forgot to take a picture before I ate it. They are that good!
