Came in here by accident, but definitely didn’t regret it! Lol. I was waiting on someone in the parking lot and started seeing a lot of people entering into the establishment, well let’s just say I got curious. From the time I stepped in the door the welcome, the atmosphere, the vibe, and everything else about this place was nothing short of phenomenal!! The owner was extremely friendly, polite, and kind to everyone who entered in. He let me sample different things. They have Chinese, soul food, burgers, wings, and fish. I see why all the people who works around there is running in there!! I had the three meats combo. I ordered the pepper steak over shrimp fried rice, spicy chicken and a piece of tilapia fish. I asked if he would drop me a fresh piece of fish and he did. I loved the customer service! The sweet tea and lemonade was the bomb. I’m definitely going to be going here often. The food was delicious and I can’t wait to visit again!!!
Me and my boyfriend where looking for somewhere to eat and this place was perfect. The best Chinese food I had in a long time. They have some soul food too. Them yams are a yesss. Everything I had was literally finger licking good! I can’t believe I been missing out on this place the whole time! This my new spot. I definitely recommend. He was very nice showed us our options. He definitely did his thing.I highly recommend!!
One of our new favorite restaurants. The lunch price is spot on. We can get our “hibachi” kick for far less than an average hibachi restaurant. (Minus the show. However, you can watch though if you want.)Some items are only available at dinner.
The portions and price was fair, but the food itself was horrible. The worst I have tasted in McDonough so far.
Best chinese take-out food I’ve had in Metro Atlanta. Nice variety of choices, food was fresh and customer service was very good.
This place is definitely not the run of the mill Chinese restaurant. They a very people friendly and extremely inviting. The owner is a chill as a cucumber. But most importantly the food is AMAZING.
I was nervous because I saw 1 bad review, but maybe they were just having a bad day lol.. I just ordered from here via GrubHub for the first time and everything was delicious!! Yummy lo mein, beef and broccoli, and bourbon chicken. My kids had honey chicken which was good as well, but I think the bits that I tried were more of fried batter than actual chicken but the flavor was good.. Everything was seasoned well and fresh, and it tasted like home cooking. I will definitely order from Golden Wok again.
Great Food, nice experiences all the time, it’s a very clean restaurant, Has amazing menu choices, more then just Chinese food, and it’s delicious!!
The food is excellent and always fresh. Only thing is they are very proud of how good their food is because a single plate for an average adult put you in over dollars 10. And that doesn't include the drink...
