HORRIBLE service and it smells like old mop water. This was my first time EVER trying a Freddy’s and I will never be trying them again. I ordered a chicken tender combo and 2 chili cheese dog combos and it 30 plus minutes to receive my order. Not in the drive thru but inside, and it was not busy at all. The tables are nasty and it just smells. The food was mediocre.

First time at establishment. Went through drive thru. Person who took my order had a very nasty attitude. Very disappointed. Poor and terrible customer service. I didn't choose the job title. She did. You should never be nasty for no apparent reason.

This place is falling apart. When it first opened years ago, it was wonderful. Now the restaurant is continually filthy on the inside, the staff disregards or doesn’t know common food safety practices, and the service is atrocious. The last 3 times we have been here they can’t make the custard and run out. When they take your order (custard) the staff just stands around waiting on someone else to make your order. There were a total of 6 people in the dining room when we ordered our custard and there were 3-4 employees just standing around goofing off ignoring the fact that our order needed to be made. After 20 minutes of waiting the manager came up and asked who was making our order. They started our order and then sat it to the side to focus on another order while ours proceeded to melt. Once they finally delivered our order to us, it was wrong. We were limited to the mini size custard at 9:15 PM because they said they were running low. I then watched the staff, whether coincidentally or knowingly I am. It sure, provide the exact same size I was refused just seconds prior and the only difference between them and I was I was Caucasian and they were Black. I am not saying that is the reason they got what I was denied but I can’t explain any other difference.

Really good burger! My wife got the grilled chicken sandwich... that she couldn't finish. The place was pretty clean, considering it was just after the noon rush. The people were friendly.

I wanted to go here because my husband had such a great meal and service at Freddy's on Zebulon Road in Macon. We waited almost an hour for our order and part of the order was not on the tray. When my husband repeatedly asked the kitchen staff for the rest of the order, they were rude to him and then he was completely ignored. He asked for his money back as did many other customers who were disgusted at the slow and poor service. Need new management!!! We will never go back to the McDonough restaurant.

Great, greasy, unhealthy food. The manager, black guy, gave the BEST service! He needs to train the young white lady at the drive-thru. Her attitude is BAD! I asked for a receipt, and she got upset as if I wasn't entitled to my receipt.

1st time here. Last time here. Went in just to have employee stare at me a few times, not speak and continue her thing in drive thru. I understand your busy but a little communication would be nice. Went through drive thru got my order and it wasn't that great. Had a confetti shake with confetti at the bottom of the cup. Its 2 stars because the product tasted ok. I'd do dairy queen next time

I drove up to the drive-thru and a young man said that the computer system was running an update, and I would have to wait 10-15 minutes to place an order. I asked him where I should wait, in the parking lot or in line? He responded, " don't know, don't know how long it is going to take"...... I drove away to the Cook-Out--called back to the store to see if the update was finished. The SM acted like she had no idea about an update or outage, and she would speak to this young man about the situation. I find it hard to believe that this employee turned away roughly 20 cars and she had no idea what was going on. Why are there so little quality candidates working in customer service??? There is always some rude person, with little to no clue how to treat customers in most fast-food restaurants, unless you are eating at Chick-fil-A. I drove 30 minutes to eat at this Freddy's and this should never happen. I pray that the owner reads my review and makes some changes to that situation. because you just lost on average about $200 in 10 minutes...

The Highlights Great Food & The Drivethru Isnt As Bad As It Appears......Yes Theres Always A Line Of Vehicles. But Theres No IssueThere. The Menu Does Not As Have As Much As Other Fastfood Places, So They Are Quicker With Preparing & Cooking. There Real Talent/Delicacy Is Their Desserts, You Will indulge In A Superb Dessert! Guaranteed!!!
