This was my first time ever visiting this chain. First impression was not good. I ordered online for pickup and when I walked in there were only a few people in the restaurant. There were about 6 employees or so and none even looked up at all when I walked in. After about 3 mins of me standing at the pickup counter one finally acknowledged and let me know they were still working on my order. Come on now. Even Home Depot greets people as they walk in ??♂️ the sandwich itself was actually pretty good ??♂️
Wow went here on a Thursday night and couldn’t get waited on .. so I went to American deli .. very friendly
Where is the meat . I ordered a Hook and Ladder and got a tomato sandwich ?
This place has definitely “fallen off” on food quality and customer service. The cashier absolutely had a staring contest with me before I had to initiate a greeting. Mind you, this is before she took my order. Did I do something wrong or is it weird to expect the bare minimum of “hey, what can I get for you?!” Then to top it off, not really, she’s sick, sneezing, wiping her nose while touching the register and then asks another employee to grab my drink cup. After I’m checked out, she returns to the back on her phone like I interrupted something. The store looked like no one has bothered to clean since their last inspection 11/2021. Are you all under new management or just really don’t care?

Terrible customer service. Three workers, all had attitudes. The drinks were out, no cup tops or straws. They complained the entire time they were making the food and played on their cell phones. No hair nets or mask and the store was dirty. A handful of customers and we waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches.The owner really needs to get involved or this store will go out of business soon. Three other customers were complaining while we were here.
A good place to wait 25 minutes on a Saturday for a sandwich and have your cashier ask you to restate your order after she finishes texting.
This has to be the worse customer experience I have ever encountered. I ordered a veggie sub with all of their toppings on the website. The manager is terrible !!! He did not even come out when I asked him to review my sandwich and he refused a refund or a remake.
hands down the best firehouse! food is prepared great! customer service is great and so fast! as a manager myself I would be super proud if this was my team! the crew working today was phenomenal and deserve recognition. great job
We were so happy to find them open. Excellent sandwiches, and friendly staff.
