This is usually the place hubby and I go on date nights.The atmosphere is excellent and authentic. The food? Oh yes the wonderful food is ah maze ING!Ellos hablan español.Service is great and the prices are reasonable.There is outside seating.
El Agave is very reliable and gets the job done. I know that doesn't necessarily sound like a ringing endorsement, but it is. I can go there almost any time and get exactly what I want quickly - they have a pretty extensive menu (what you would expect at a Mexican restaurant). The food is always prepared the same way (within reason, anyway) and it tastes good. I usually get seated immediately and the service has never been anything but good or better. Everybody seems to be quite friendly there, too.One last thing, the salsa and chips are good.
My favorite Mexican in the area. Always fresh and consistent. Drinks have a nice pour and I love the atmosphere.

This is our date night place. The food is always good and if there's an issue it's corrected with a smile. I can practice Spanish here, but American English is also spoke here. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Mexican food.
I liked it, plenty of parking, outdoor seating available. Full bar with a lot of choices. The food was good.BatesX3 from Kansas City likes this place.
We were in McD for business and stopped into El Agave for a late lunch upon arrival. The restaurant was almost empty, so we were seated immediately and service was quick. The chili relleno was good and the chimi was too. No complaints!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The "manager" tried adding things to my daughter's tab and gave her the hardest time with removing it. Our to-go order was made incorrectly and they didn't change anything. When I called to mention it, the female "manager" hung up on me twice. We won't EVER eat at this location again. If I could give a 0 for no stars, I would. My top list as one of the worst in customer service.
I have eaten here twice this week with my family. The food is fantastic and the service can't be beat. I had the juicy steak on Sunday which was so tasty and delicious. Tonight I ordered the alambres with steak. Again, it was very good. My server kept my iced tea filled and I will be back.
2/26 ordered chicken nachos for my granddaughter and beef burrito Beans and rice for me (letter J) per their menu. Got home, I had chicken burrito. Called, the apologized and would replace.3/5 ordered replacement over the phone and specified "J" and the record was there, no problem. I checked the order I had ANOTHER CHICKEN BURRITO ? ?. They had to replace it again while I waited. Lesson learned, make sure you check your order before you leave. Food was good.
