I visited this Dunkin at 12:20 on a Sunday afternoon with only one car in front of us. We pulled up to the box, now one spoke to us, finally told to wait and ordered after 5 minutes. Waited another 5 minutes once we paid (again no one in front of us). Staff were laughing, goofing off, didn’t know our order and gave us the wrong donuts. They obviously need some management at all times and need training in customer service. Will not be visiting again.
On 5/14 around 9:45am I went to this Dunkin' Donuts to order a hot caramel macchiato as I usually order. I literally ordered this a week ago here. Today, the rude girl at the window told me the don't carry caramel macchiatos. Then she proceeded to say they never carried them. Like what? I JUST had one. She was really rude also. It's like they literally find the rudest people possible and hire them.
I have NEVER been to a DD and it was like this one,not serving hot food [hashrounds] no frosted chocolate donuts,no splenda for the coffee. OMGGGG what do y'all have...geeezzz
Left the drive thru after not moving for 20 minutes even though they said they were only serving coffee and donuts.
This place is okay when they aren't busy. If the line is long, it doesnt usually go too fast. Food and drinks are great otherwise.
I visited this store on 2/8/2022 around 7AM. From the moment I walked in no one greeted me. A woman walked past me twice before even telling me to hold on. Then a few minutes later she sent another lady to take my order. I ordered a bagel with cc. After about 20 minutes Of waiting I asked about my order and it wasn’t even being prepared. The cashier who rang me up, over heard my confusion and didn’t even say anything. No one even apologized I had waited so long and my order would not have been made I had I never asked about it . Worst experience at a dd ever.
I love Dunkin’ but this location never has enough people to serve and they always take so very long I hate to say it but it makes me have to go to the other own
I come here everyday from union grove high school and they always make me feel welcome there service at this Dunkin donut is far the best I have they always give me a drink when I come from school the people there a very kind and friendly
Last time I went to this restaurant was months ago! My nephew & I frappe tasted burnt & disgusting ? haven’t been back since then.
Didn't have donuts, limited donut hole variety and half of the ones we received were hard and stale. Got my order wrong, told me I wasn't charged then had to point it out a second time so I could get my refund for something I was charged twice for. Manager was friendly after I received my order, but not so much when I pointed out the mistake on the receipt. Could not order inside; had to use the drive through.
