I ordered a frozen coffee and received barely in ice. Pretty much just liquid! I also ordered two frozen hot chocolate and received them without the whip cream. I was told it was now an extra charge. It's crazy because I was here early this week and received the whip cream as the picture on the menu has. Please focus on being consistent and stop false advertising.
Usually, other than a long line in the drive through, I have no problems with this location. This morning, however, I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwhich and it was ice cold on the bottom. The egg and bottom piece of bread had not gotten heated at all. I was very disappointed. As someone who frequents this location on the weekends I was frustrated but could not go back or I would have been late to work. I hope no one else has to go through this.
Sadly I will NOT buy coffee here again. I noticed the taste of the coffee was weak - the next visit the same. So I asked” are you using the coffee grounds twice or something because this is the second time my coffee tastes like water. “ The owner just glared at me and did not answer.What they don’t understand is a morning cup of coffee must be consistently consistent- any deviation your customers will know - AND NOT COME BACK!Now your business suffers because you tried to cut corners! I won’t waste my money - I threw it right in the trash! Yuck ?
Ordered two coffees with extra cream and sugar. No sugar at all and not much cream. All the other Dunkin’s give you 5 cream and 5 sugars. I guess they wanted me to go home and get my cream and sugar. Just ignorant…give customers what they are paying for or get another job in another field.
The worst! Walked in with 3 employees sitting in dining area, no one else inside, 1 walked to the back as soon as I went to the counter, got to wait for 10 minutes before another lady would take my order. The donuts were stale ( fermentation had begun) at least 4-5 days old.
Would have given a 5 however I was a little annoyed about the bathroom or ladies room...no tissue and should have a good working soap dispenser with Lysol...there is still a pandemic.Thanks for hearing me out.
The donuts after noon are very stale. And the workers seemed new and not knowledgeable. You better off getting a donut from Walmart. They have other things too though, thank goodness.
I went to this Dunkin Donuts today and ran into a manager by the name of Mira. I have been going to this Dunkin location for years with no problem. Today I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel (which I have been ordering for years also). When I received the bagel, the cheese was cold and unmelted. I go back thru the drive thru and POLITELY say I came back because my cheese was not melted. MIRA “the manager”unprofessionally goes well did you specify you wanted the cheese melted? I said I have never had to specify that I wanted hot, melted cheese on a hot sandwich. She proceeded to be unprofessional and nasty, and went back and forth with me, which resulted in me just asking for my money back. I don’t think anyone could or would eat a warm bagel with hot eggs, hot bacon and a cold slab of unmelted cheese. She was unprofessional, lacked empathy and was very disrespectful. At this point, the horrible customer service outshined the cold, unmelted cheese. For this person to be a so-called manager and act this way to a customer, in front of her high school employees is disgusting. As a paying customer, delivery and how you say things can make the world of difference. I am a supervisor as well and I don’t necessarily think the customer is always right, but I do think you can professionally get your point across in an attempt to resolve any issue. MIRA definitely needs more training on how to be professional and how to de-escalate situations, instead of becoming defensive and nasty. Since she is so quick to claim she’s a manager, she should act more like one, by starting off with an apology. An apology goes a long way to a paying customer!

Their prices, with many items, are almost double that of a Dunkin within 10 miles of them, the one down the street from my job. I understand that owners can set their own prices and that everything has gone up, still, $3.19 for an item that is $2.00 at another Dunkin’, within 10 miles, is crazy. Gouging much?
