I writing this review to make all aware of using your debit card at this location. On 512.2022 I went through the drive thru and order 2 refreshers and it came up to $7.36, as of 5.13.2022 my card got charged twice $11.70 and $7.15 unauthorize transactions. I called up to the store and truly got nowhere, so I hung up and called my bank to stop all or any transactions from this location. Just be aware of your card and of these teenagers in this location.
We went on Easter and they were open and fully staffed and still friendly as always. My husband dropped his coffee on the way out and went in to buy a new one, but they gave him a replacement for free which really just made our day! We like using the app and get tons of free rewards that way, plus picking up an online order is usually pretty smooth.
Great coffee but slow service at times
This place is a joke. Terrible customer service, terrible coffee, terrible food. Just wait at the Starbucks next door. At least the coffee will be hot.
I love the guys that work in there. They always do my drink right. All the other locations mess it up
I wish I could show a picture of my drink. I asked it to be remade because they poured my other drink into a new cup after it had a leak, so I didn't get my full drink. They pull me up, bring me a remade drink with even less drink than before and a whole bunch of unstirred caramel at the bottom. I called and talked to a manager and she had the nerve to say it was remade right. Clearly not. I'm a manager at a restaurant and I'm not going to accept subpar food that I'm paying for. They are always inconsistent but this is the closest location to my job and house. They need to fire the whole staff because they clearly could gaf less about their jobs
The worst most laziest Dunkin I’ve ever been to or dealt with. They close before closing time they too lazy to take orders like quit your job and work somewhere else smh hate this place
Witnessed an employee use the bathroom and not wash their hands after waiting more than 5 minutes for them to vacate the bathroom. Not sure what they were doing in there for so long, but the fact that they didn’t wash their hands made me leave without ordering any food.
I ordered a Chai Tea Latte literally 5 mins ago . When I took a spit , it taste like warmed milk ?. I don’t think they even tried to make what I ordered . The customer service was good but the person that prepared my drink didn’t even try .
Waited in drive thru fir 10 minutes, zero acknowledgement from employees, went to the drive through window and was not acknowledged that i was there. I will not be wasting my time at this location a second time
