** Stopped at this location this morning around 8:20a... As I approached the register, I noticed the counter was FILTHY!! Covered with white powder from the donuts and completely unsanitary looking! I immediately said NO thank you when asked 'can I help you'!! ** Apparently the staff needs to be taught how to be cognizant of cleanliness and appearance!!
the workers are extremely rude and the quality is awful. & everytime i go, my coffee is made wrong. corporate should seriously do something aboutthis one.
I've come here multiple times and always either end up with the wrong order, a coffee maker terribly or I wait 20 minutes. I'm not sure what the issue is but I'm going to start driving further down the road for better service and product. Corporate should really do something about this one. Starbucks is right down the road.
I would recommend Dunkin’ Donuts this location to anyone I’ve had a love-hate relationship with this location for a while but I know it’s due to staffing issues and Covid so I can’t really rate them based off of that I know that sometimes orders can be slow and that things can take a while but at least there they are working and trying their best I would recommend anybody to go to this location
First... here lately I'm lucky to get my correct order and the price is never the same. Second... how in God's name do you "discontinue" hazelnut creamer? That's just dumb...
Hey 155 McDonough Dunkin has the worst attitude and didn't get my order right. Then got mad when I asked them to correct it. I could hear them taking the order of the car behind me and they were extremely rude to them as well.

I usually don’t leave reviews and they usually are nice but here lately they’ve been rude as hell. i asked for caramel drizzle on my cup and they didn’t do that, so when they handed it to me i looked in confusion and i asked about it (nicely) and she rolled her eyes and said “yeah caramel swirl it’s in your cup” , rude as hell too. and all i said was “caramel drizzle on my cup is what i asked for not caramel swirl and she literally told me it’s what i’m getting. so i just left. never going back.

Kinda rude and never have things. I guess Chick fil a is the only place in this area where you get what you came for
