The customer service, was interesting to say the least. One star for the lady who actually greeted me after a few minutes standing maybe 3 feet from where I was standing behind the counter. I stood there watching 3 people go on about their routine as of I was invisible. When they did acknowledge me a few 1-2 minutes later, it was pleasant experience with the attendant. As I went to sit in my car to wait for my pizza to be baked, I watched the young man with locks play with twist as he wore his gloves. I watched him cut the pizzas in sections without washing his hands. I went back in to asked him, " where are my pizzas in his unsanitary practices?" He said the other attendant had baked mine from another stove.
I picked up my order, I did not look at it for 2 hours, that's when I realized it was the wrong order. I called the store and told them what happened. I went back and was able to get my original order with out any problem
Their timing projections are pretty accurate.Excellent for chain pizza.Reasonable prices (if you use coupons).
When I say HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, I mean it! I ordered 2 pizzas, an order of cinnamon twist and a soda. Didn’t receive the soda or icing for the twist, and on top of that- the pizza for my children was old and dry. I called to request a refund I was told “ no, the best I can do is give you a credit for the next time” this is total bull! Unprofessional!!! Atp I should just file claim on the entire transaction
The pizza was ready according to the app and I really enjoyed the taste thank you so much All the employees were really nice.
I've never had an issue with my orders when it comes to the food. I usually will drive to the store to go in and get my order or do curbside. The last time I did curbside, the guy who brought my order seemed nice, but he almost acted like he wouldn't give me my order if I didn't tip him for taking 5 steps to my car.
These are the Parmesan wings I ordered. I couldn’t eat them because they’re nothing like advertised. Then I showed the manager and they did not help me or give me another choice. The sauce tasted like ranch. Nothing like Parmesan.
From the phone call to place my order, to the pickup of my order I was treated special. I love that. Real concern for the customer. The food was great. Especially the lava cake.
I order on 10/29 delivery guy's car broke down, call the store to get an update lady told me my order was going to be free due to the unfortunate problem got my pizza almost 2 hours late, and they still charge me the pizza. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The definition of disappointment. The delivery driver was nice. This pizza was not done, it was very doughy and a pure mess...I even put a piece in the dog bowl..he didnt even touch it. If we cant order at a certain time online the franchise knows how to disable the deliver feature...so there is no excuse on the way the pizza was presented. It's like the employees did not care. ?
