It’s surprising how bad customer service can be. Like does anyone even train the employees? Straight horrible, disrespectful and childish.
Haven't had a bad service yet from this place. The boneless chicken is so good and so is the breads and dips.
The man who took my order was polite and friendly young African American he was helpful even tho I didn't know what I was getting he didn't rush me I would definitely visit this location again
It took a bit long over 45 mins to get. Y food because they were backed up but they gave me my food for free because of it, so thumbs up for this Dominoes
Wow, it's been a long time since I experienced great customer service from the time I entered until I left. I was greeted immediately by smiling faces and asked if I was ordering or picking up. I was given an estimated time for my order to be ready, and it was ready on time. My order was correct; the food was hot, looked, and smelled great. I was told thank you and asked to come back again. That's what I call customer service. The bonus, the restaurant, was clean in all my viewing areas. Me and my stack of happiness is headed home ? ?
With times like they are people not wanting to work this team short handed still smiles gives great customer service and fresh hot food thank you all my pizza was the best I have ever had keep up the great customer service
This place never brought my pizza and then told me because the store manager brought it they couldn’t have brought it to the wrong place when I’ve been working all day traveling and just wanted to eat and all she said was ok we canceled the order and I’m sorry you can’t eat tonight from them!!!!!! I will NEVER use them again and will continue to show the real colors of this store
Order no. 5727 date: 11/28/2021. Pizza was baked good but the cheese smelled so rotten and bad. Did not eat a single slice. Made us nauseated before we could taste it. Bad cheese used.
This location always has very horrible service. This store is a very poor representation of Dominos. They will guarantee to mess up your order and delivery. If you’re a person of color please avoid this location to avoid being racially profiled!
Overall experience if I could I would rate it less than a one star. The attitudes in the staff Are less than ridiculous. It took over two hours to receive my delivery order. Upon calling the store they inform you That delivery experiencing delays of over two hours. Why this is not on the website I am not sure but I will say that speaking with Amy Thomas the manager did no service for me. I totally understand that the whole world is short staffed the customer service goes along way and I will say that the store lacks that. As I’m writing this I still have not received my food which I’m sure it will be code. There’s always a resolution to the problem Count your days Dominos
