We ordered on their app and paid for our meal. The manager gave our food to someone else. We called them several times, when they finally answered without hanging up on us, they refused the make our meal that we paid for and they refused to refund our money. The manager is rude and incompetent. She should be fired immediately. If you value getting food when you provide money I would avoid this so called restaurant at all costs.
I've tried both take out and delivery at this location. I can easily say that delivery is the worst option if you are going to get food from here. I often have items missing, or an incredibly long wait time. Take out, however, is consistently a good experience. As an issue with any other location that prepares their food fresh, wait times and longer than other locations, but the food is well worth the wait. Opposed to delivery, I was never missing food when ordering take out, albeit an occasional drink I forgot to grab before driving off.
Ignorant Employees doing unnecessary nonsense. Me and my spouse placed our orders! They only gave me mines! Understand why I go to grocery and cook nowadays but I’m 7 months pregnant and was craving midnight tacos and my husband was nice to take me! He ain’t even madd they just gave him his drink for his #2 meal LARGE!! I will never go this Del Taco again! This generation of young people are lost on too many levels!!!
Indoor seating was closed. I love Del Taco. No need for a Taco Bell when have access to a DT. Green burrito, chili cheese fries and spicy jack quesadilla
We spent 60 for them to not get the order right which wasn't even a huge deal I checked it in the parking lot . Fries are brown they said that's just how they come out !! Green and cheese burrito with extra cheese and green sauce no sauce no bold they bring me out the sauce to put on our cold old nasty food and then say oh I know it's on there I made it well here's the pics ??♀️??♀️ nothing green or bold about the dry burrito
1:15am. 45 minutes before close. With 3 cars in front of us in the drive through. They took their orders but told us they were closed. Last time i go there on a 3rd shift lunch run
Great for a quick meal. Tacos were good, hot sauce was delicious. They have coke freestyle machine and staff was cordial.
I DoorDash regularly every night in this area. Most of the restaurants that I go to struggle with keeping up with the flow of customers coming through drive-through. At this location the two young ladies that were working drive through this evening March 18 late shift were outstanding they were very helpful very friendly great customer quality skills. He’s young ladies deserve a raise for their performance and handling customers and keeping the flow going at a smooth pace thanks so much for the great experience!
Best place to go. The works there are very nice and kind. Not perfect but it’s the best in the area. When walking into del taco I was greeted by the cashier. the floors are clean and the lobby is clean, tables clean. I went up to the register and it was a guy who had this beautiful hair he took my order the best way he could it was his” first day “he said. He asked the right questions and said the right things. And as me and my kids was eat he came and asked if everything was okay? And continued to work. And not only did he greet us he said also said goodnight to us as we left the building. His manager was so kind she helped him through our order.I just don’t see what other people see coming into del taco. I see hard workers who just trying to get to the bag and live life. working gets hard but del taco most def got they things together
