This was a class get together. Food was ok but the drinks very good. Make sure to bring your old card to refill to play games but its clean and plenty of space.
My friend and came here Monday Evening and our waiter was Jonathan.. I loved his Customer service, ? he was very attentive, pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable about the menu. Jonathan had a sense of humor also.?. Btw we sat at the bar and ordered a bacon cheeseburger with French fries, nachos, and pepperoni ?. The ? was Trash, Nachos were good, and Burger was Meh. Burger didn't have fresh lettuce and no ?. ????. Jonathan made our drinks and they were on point. Don't recall my friend drink but I had a Long Island which was Pretty tasty, and I would definitely visit again. I just would go elsewhere for food though. ?.
All the employees seemed very friendly and professional. I think our waitress may have been new because she didn't know how to add our points from dinner to our play card. It's a fun place to go with friends but I wish there weren't so many kids running around. It's starting to feel like a super expensive Chuck E Cheese. 15 years ago when I first went there were no kids at all. It was so much nicer. The fried cauliflower appetizer was delicious. I got the salmon with cajun butter. It was really good and had a good flavor but wasn't spicy at all. Also, it was a little undercooked in the center. The green beans were good too. My husband had a burger with bacon, pork belly and bacon jam and it was really good. Only downside about the night was it was pretty pricy. They seem to have a good selection of prizes but should have some cheaper items.
I had my daughter’s baby shower in the cheer room. Bree was our server and Teri was the mod. They were sooooooo Awesome! I had for food ( bacon chicken panini and philly panini, garlic Parmesan fries and salad… All Perfecto!!! I love Dave & Busters and would have any event there. ( it was my 1st experience at this particular location) Clean, bathroom was sooo clean as well. Service was impeccable! Daniel (Gm) was awesome too!
Had my daughter’s baby shower in the “ cheer” room. Food was great, as usual. Bree and Tori were awesome. Bree was our server and didn’t miss a beat . She was professional the entire time. Will definitely be back .

Well this experience tonight was the worst. First an hour plus wait to sit. While waiting the game ripped my family off. I recorded and watched in all speeds and not once does the light touch the BONUS bulb. The new ordering process is quick if you know what you want. But with only one device ordering can be long. The waitress was bad oh my gosh just rude. While eating, that same waitress was in a verbal conflict with another guest. To everybody surprise and knowledge, the boyfriend exits the kitchen to inject himself into the altercation now involving police. Oh my good I just wanted my boys to have a nice fun peaceful outting.

Everything has changed since this pandemic. Less food on the menus, no napkins, have to download an app for everything ( haven't been there in a while). The food was good even though you have to order sides with item that should come with it already. All in all the atmosphere is good and the employees are friendly and have great customer service.
