This Dairy Queen has really declined in the last few years. The parking lot and drive thru are always nasty. The customer service was terrible today. She couldn't get the gift card we had to work and wasn't willing to get a manager to help. She wouldn't add sauce to our kids sundae after we asked to purchase sauce for it. The only thing that allowed them to have two stars was the speed in which we got our food.
All I dreamed about all the way home from a hard day's work was a Turtle blizzard. They took my order, took my payment, made my ice cream, and set it to the side instead of handing it directly to me as usual. After my son's chicken strip meal was ready, they tried to hand me ice cream that was sitting without a cover where people were leaning over it only after I asked if that was mine. The young worker jokingly asked if I wanted it remade, to which I responded yes. He proceeded to go out of sight with the old cup and returned a few seconds later with the same product as if it were made over. Disappointing and disgusting. I just threw it in their trash right past the drive thru. A waste of my money and time. Both of which I can't get back.
The food was hot and fresh, and about as good as it gets for a DQ.
No longer sells chocolate soft serve and the ice cream they do sell seems less creamy.
Fast and accurate service. Employees are young and rude though. Did not speak at all. I always say thank you when I am handed anything and have a nice day/night whichever it may be before leaving. Did not speak one word anytime he was addressed ?♀️
Can't pickup a grubhub order without waiting forever in the drive thru since the doors are locked. Called to see if they could bring it to the door and of course, no one answered. The order was already paid for & ready but I had to wait behind 3 cars for 15 minutes to get it when someone could've immediately walked it over to the door to hand to me if they don't allow customers inside.
The food was good...hot and freshThe wait time was minimalI enjoyed my caramel sundae I hadn't had one in a while I just wish it could have been topped with walnuts instead of pecans but it was still pretty good.
I've only ever used the drive-thru, but I love their chicken strip basket and blizzards. Food is always good. Sometimes there can be a lot of people in the drive thru, which slows things down, but my order has always been correct and delicious.
Great place for a meal or a dessert. Dining room is currently closed resulting in drive-through only. Long lines but still relatively fast service.
I ordered on the App, only to find that they were having grill issues. There were signs posted every place that catches the eye about the issue. I was given my money back by the owner, who was pleasant in the circumstance.I will continue to spend my dollars here.
