Went here for dinner one evening when I was in town over here, good service, good food! Had the lemon pepper grilled rainbow trout!

this manager, Matt is extremely rude. ruined father’s day and had no remorse at all for it. him and the whole staff need customer service training.

The waitress was nice and was prompt in coming to take our order. The food came out but was not hot and had to send my food back. She said the plate was hot, but the food not, so what does that mean? Microwave? Whatever, but the pancakes were on point. I should have just gotten them. By far the pancakes are the best hands down, but my bacon ? and hashbrown casserole was cold. I guess I didn't need them anyway.

Cracker Barrel should be ashamed to serve anyone what they did. This was supposed to be roast beef dinner with Mac n cheese, and potatoes with brown gravy. Was completely inedible.**Gave this Cracker Barrel another try and received worse food this time. I will not be going to or ordering from this location again.**Picture 2 with 1 side showing is the 2nd chance meal.

It will be bad to keep this alone to myself. I came across the best Forex, Crypto and Binary expert ever, in the person of Madam Evelyn Joshua who really helped me to invest and managed my trade account. She is very honest and diligent in her work. All I did was invest $1000 and within 7 days she made $6,800 profit for me. You can also invest safely with her and come back to thank me later. there are no hidden charges, and withdrawals are made directly to your bank account. I just got done eating lunch here. I found a feather in one of my chicken tenders. The waitress then told me she can take it off but she could bring me new ones if I wanted and I said yeah that’s fine. Then the waitress told the manager and he proceeded to tell me that that some tenders can have a feather in there. Which is disgusting to me. The manager also told me he’ll still take my meal off of my bill and he’d bring me a new meal so I said okay that’s fine. Bill comes and my meal is on there. Person I was with went to tell the manager and he told him that he can not take it off since they already made me a new meal. I am spending money at your restaurant and your cooks didn’t stop and double check my food or they would’ve noticed there was a feather in it.

We visited this Cracker Barrel for a late Sunday morning breakfast on our way home to KY from Georgia. The parking lot was packed, so we feared a long wait, but we were seated within 20 minutes. There was a brief confusion about our reservation, and the manager was quick to resolve the issue and seated us himself. Our waitress was very kind and personable. Our food came out within 15 minutes and was cooked to perfection. We enjoyed watching the staff work. All hands were on deck and they worked like a fine oiled machine. I enjoyed my first CB latte, and it was delicious. A huge shout to this CB staff for not only showing up in the midst of our nation’s economic upheaval but for also showing out!!! JOB WELL DONE!!!

We stopped in for dinner and it was worth it. There was no wait--we were seated immediately. Our server seemed to be on his game--he took great care of us. My dining companion loves the dumplings and she wasn't disappointed. I tried the chicken tenders and opted for half fried/half grilled--I think the grilled are better than the fried. The mac and cheese was smooth and creamy, and the broccoli was prepared just right--a little soft.

Not sure what has happened to this place but service has gone to the dogs. Came in about 3:30 on Sunday. At table at 3;39. Trinity was pretty prompt and we placed orders? including cornbread with soft butter. Their normal butter comes out of deep freeze I think. Some ten minutes later, no bread. We flagged her down and asked about bread. She said they bring it out with meal unless asked. Well, we DID ask. She said she would get it right away and proceeded to other tables. About ten minutes later? here comes our bread? with our meal and neary frozen butter. Several minutes later, we get one tiny portion of soft butter, barely enough for my wife's cornbread. Drink refills were a joke. This place is going down fast. When we arrived, we were told 15 minutes for a table which was about right. Surprised to see about six empty and clean tables in our section. Can Cracker Barrel not employ enough competent people?

I found a pile (not one, but 5 or more) of southern curly hairs under my pancakes. Even the manager agreed with the hairs original location since the staff wear hats and hair nets. The manager was super nice, but for obvious reasons, I will NEVER be back. By the way, I am very polite and accommodating individual while dining out since I spent about 15 years working in restaurants. I didn't even raise my voice after my discovery. This was an unfounded malicious act by an employee.
