Always friendly. Sabrina is fantastic-service couldn’t be better!

Nice quiet location for relaxing on the weekends. The staff was pleasant to talk to. Next time I visit I would like to hang out near the fire pit in the back patio. It was no nice! I missed breakfast though. Next time. Next visit. I highly recommend this location especially if you like peace and quiet and a plethora of shopping and dining choices.

Great facilities indoor pool was closed due to leak in the ceiling that hasn’t been fixed but the staff was great Jamie was great host and sherry’s breakfast was awesome I would definitely recommend this motel but due to the indoor pool being closed I can only give four stars.

Short of cleaning staff because of COVID19 they say. We stayed 3 days our rooms never got clean. House keeps was all over the place cleaning never once ask or cleaned the rooms. The place is beautiful but the service is poor.

The rooms are nice and clean and it looks newly renovated. However, NOTHING was open, not the Bistro, not the pool. I understand that Covid forces certain restrictions on us, but they wouldn't even turn on the outdoor firepit! They don't provide microwaves in the rooms, which I have never seen in my entire life of traveling. You have to go down to the lobby and warm up your food with everyone checking in right at the front door. It's cold at the front door! Your food is cold as soon as you warm it up. Who's idea was that??? They could have put the microwave elsewhere if they were going to make us do that. It's in close proximity to a lot of businesses though. If you just need a place to sleep at night, this is fine. If you plan on staying in during the day and enjoying the amenities, go elsewhere. I can't say that I would pay to stay in the future, but again I appreciate that it's a clean hotel.

Couldn’t buy bottled water they were always out! No maid service for most of our stay.Rooms do not have microwaves. None of the ice machines were working during our 5 night stay. We had to go to the front desk to get ice, toilet paper, garbage bags, bath towels and soap.No food service or paper goods to use microwave oven in the lobby.Staff was friendly and pleasantPoor management. This is the worst Marriott that we’ve stayed in.

We reserved a double queen bed room under the condition of no cancellation possibility. By the time we checked into the hotel the front desk clerk told us that they sold our room to other guests and they could not change that back. They "upgraded" us to an one queen bed suite with a pull out sofabed. In reality it was a downgrade because the sofabed was not really a bed. You can feel the coils, very uncomfortable.. After 11 pm at night, when we were in bed resting from a long trip, the front desk called waking us up saying they could change us back to our original room type. Obviously, we couldn't, we were already in bed. I feel people here are dishonest, not following the rules and regulations, they simply do whatever they want to. This is troubling and worrisome.

Decided to stay over. Rep at desk(Sonya) requested I come to front desk to re-book reservation. Never had that happen before. Card was on file from previous evening. Simply add additional night, I would think. Front desk clerk(Sonya) said she couldn't honor Govt rate again. SMH

As an avid marriott guest I was upset with my stay here. Booked the room on the mobile app which said hotel had pool and hot tub. When we checked it there is a construction wall and whole area under construction including pool area. Staff was very nice but from what I saw and smelt I felt like I was at a discount red roof inn. Our rooms shower had a busted foot bench which was unsafe, the entire lobby smelled of weed and none of the ice machines on the floors worked. I had to ask the bar lady for ice for a drink. I've stayed at this same facility before with different experience. Idk if it's poor management or what but this is NOT up to what I expect out of a marriott branded hotel especially for the price. Someone from marriott needs to fix these problems before this hotel tarnishes the marriott name.

The front desk attendant, Sandy I believe is her name is extremely pleasant from start to finish. She made my stay amazing. Kudos to her.The room itself was mostly clean. The only problem was that there were long straight strands of hair in the tub and even more in the bedsheets under the comforter (I have locs, so clearly it was the person in the room before me) I normally would have asked for new bedding or to switch rooms. But I’m a truck driver that had just spent a week on the road so I just wanted to get some rest for the weekend until I had to get back to work. Despite all of the hair, it’s a decent, modern hotel. Please remedy the excessive hair issue because it was quite excessive and Marriott is not cheap. We pay more for the quality that Marriott usually provides and I’m also a rewards member. It made me feel like the hotels bedding wasn’t being changed and showers aren’t being cleaned. Which is extremely alarming in the middle of a pandemic.
