Milkshakes are really the only good thing at this place. They short you on the sides and their "entrees" look like something you would get from a high school lunchroom. Buns on the burgers and blt was hard as if it had been left out all day.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This supposed Christian company has stolen money from our account. We even went in with proof and they said they wouldn't fix their mistake. When we called corporate they said they could possibly cut us a paper check but it would take at least a week to get here. If you have eaten at this establishment recently I urge you to check your account as well. This is the location in McDonough Georgia on Hwy 20 and 81
I love this place it doesn't matter if the cars are wrapped around the building it takes no time to get your order and get out not to mention that they're open late and I'm quite certain that they very seldom get out of there on time considering everybody wants to show up at 2:00 a.m. So don't forget to be extra nice when you're the one in the drive through at 2:00 a.m. because these people are awesome and have great attitudes especially the dude in drive through with the dreads
I love the flame broiled flavor I always get on their hamburgers and when I'm in the mood I can't pass up a hot dot ot chili dog here. I like the variety here. We didn't wait very long here either the burger and dog was hot the fries were cold. I really don't care if I wait 20 minutes anyway if the food comes out hot.??♀️ You were able to dine in and the exterior is always clean. I learned early on if the outside is unkempt pretty much the inside is too. My husband and I like to sit and eat in the parking lot and watch the impatient drivers on hwy 20?
My son recommended we eat here, as we were driving back to Louisiana. It was really good. The food has the charbroil taste as the website states. I was so ready for my hot dogs?, I forgot to take pictures before I started eating ?. I also tried the single meat cheeseburger. ? It was full of melted cheese. If I could give it 10 ⭐️, I would based just on that alone.I am going to add this restaurant to a "must stop" whenever we are traveling. The service was fast. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The cashier was friendly. Y'all have to try it.
The food is always good here and you get a lot of food for the price. I got the tray with the big double burger, fries, hush puppies and a large drink and it was under $7. My fries didn't taste as fresh as normal this time. They were kinda squishy, not hot and crisp like they should be. Everything else tasted great. I got a good amount of lettuce on my burger and it was fresh and crisp. Most of the tables were clean when I got there. The cashier was fast and friendly.
Still the same great taste I remember. Unfortunately, this place suffers from the same lack of attention you see all over fast food places these days.Asked for no onions, I even verified it was on the reciept, still got onions on my burger.The fried sides were thrown directly from the fryer into the Styrofoam container and melted all the way through.Ordered a meal for myself and my guest. My shake did not come out with the meal. I waited at the counter and the cashier dismissively told me "Go ahead and have a seat, we'll let you know when the other shake is ready" Well, I returned to my seat and ate 2/3 of my meal before returning to the register and waiting for someone to come out from the back. It was a different woman from the kitchen who quickly went back and checked and admitted that my shake had been sitting in the back and made me a fresh one.
I’ve had very few issues at this cookout. orders are always right and usually the service is fast but I have one suggestionplease… PLEASE get a new drive through speaker system. it’s a given every time I go through I have to either yell or repeat myself 6 times
It was a long line at the drive thru today 2/19/22 at 1:22pm, by time we got to the speaker I immediately knew why the line was long. The guy who was taking the orders had no customer service and very unprofessional. This was our first time here so I asked the guy twice what comes on the double burger, he finally said nothing, the burger is plain. Had I not asked my son would’ve be disappointed with a plain burger. On top of this, I had two orders and he got one wrong. He put my Cajun fries on my son order when he asked for regular fries, but he charged my son for both Cajun and regular fries. The guy who passed out our food was nice and he wasn’t the same person who took our order. If we come back here I doubt if we’ll be using the drive thru because of the high bricks/wall we couldn’t pull off and leave if you we wanted to from waiting so long to place our order.
I went to Cook Out today for the first time, I got a double cheese burger, onion rings, with a large sweet tea,the burger had no onions, or pickles. only cheese, the meal was $6.94,I did not get a straw or napkins, and no one offered me any sauce for the onion rings,I had a coupon for burger king for a $5.00 whopper meal and it is closer to my house, the whopper a lot better, the bun came apart when I was seeing what was inside, I might try it one more time but it will be a while.I made a video for youtube today,I have not uploaded it yet,I do reviews.
