Walked in and was not greeted kindly. We were instantly told they were only doing mobile orders and that was it. No explanation. No apologies. My family of four, another family of three, and one more family left without ordering. Lost a lot of money in person for sure. This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed in this specific location. Not great customer service at all.

Worst place ever. They were put of all meats. They were out of Chips. The young lady behind the counter wore a mask and you literally could not understand one word that she stated. There were three young ladies in the back by the grill yet there was no food in the trays. All looked new and none looked busy. Tables were dirty bathrooms were nasty. Don go to this place eat elsewhere.

Great service...it was evident just by looking the store was short of employees onThis day... however the service was good because the team of 3 was working together unified. There was the cashier who was actually doing both... helping service as well as cashier who did an excellent ? job at both! One of the main servers had to be management... because he was dressed professional.The other worker was the Cook who was doing an outstanding job alone!Had to give them the Shout Out they certainly deserved on this visit. By the way the bowl was excellent ?

This was my first time having Chipotle. Customer service was excellent and they were patient with me. However I did notice some things that need to be addressed from a food safety stand point. Cooked protein was being diced on a red cutting board. Hotel pans were stacked up and looked like they had food residue in plain sight and they were being reused for cooked food. The steam table had debris everywhere and the floors were filthy. Now I am not a picky eater but some things are a no go. As a Chef, I understand labor shortages are a major problem at the moment, so I prayed over my food. It didn't sit well with me and I got an upset stomach twice. Please help your staff with proper food handling practices before someone else gets hurt.

Warning ⚠️ do not go .. NO Stars Its 5:03am I literally just got finished throwing up. ?? My stomach was in pain through out the whole evening. I ordered a vegie bowl the food was cold the beans wasn't done they were hard. The staff closed the location at 5:00pm and reopened at 6:30pm so i wanted to order. One employee was outside screaming and cruising at someone on the phone those were 2 red flags in the beginning I should of payed attention to. Never going here again I will be calling this location as soon as they open with a complaint.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Ordering from here was a MAJOR inconvenience! I wish I knew how bad the service would be before I drove 30 mins to this location. (This was the closest location to me, unfortunately) I think the worst part is hearing some girl on the staff argue, loudly with her coworkers over something she forgot to do. Honestly turned me off from my food.

I continue to come because it's a great lunch option, however they are never ready when it's time to open. There will be a wait or several items missing from the line in general. I wish management had better time management skills.

Out of basic products food was cold tasted nasty, expensive rude employees who acted like we were interrupting their little party. DID NOT ACCEPT CASH! Not sure why. Don't waste your money or time! Experience was so bad I doubt I will ever patronize a Chipotle ANYWHERE!

On the evening of 1/17/22 around 8:30pm. I experienced and staff I ever encountered. Not only was food made messy. I received wrong order and missing items and was overcharged. I hadn’t notice until I got to my car and upon coming back into the store I asked to to speak to the manager. The employee who referred me to the manager acted as if my concern wasn’t important. When the manager came, he approached me with an attitude. He was so rude as if I was bothering him. He was very unprofessional. He said that he could not void transaction because he didn’t want to be audited. Although he offered to remake my food, he said many toppings of my choice to remake my bowls were unavailable because he was closing soon. He continued to refused to refund me or make arrangements to compensate my time and food being wrong and overcharging me for what I didn’t receive. After repeating myself time and time again, I got absolutely nowhere and left after he turned his back on me and said there is nothing more he could do. I would not recommend going here at all. I am disgusted with behaviors and unprofessionalism of the workers and manager. I had to call to speak to someone else and go on website and still have not received any emails regarding my issue after they said twice to me that I would be reached out to regarding my concern within two days. I’ve never been so disappointed. Indefinitely not giving my business to Chipotle ever again.

They deserve no stars but I had to give them one to leave a review.. Worst experience ever!!!! Your closing hours are 10pm. I went there at 915 they were half way closed down...I wanted a veggie bowl the only thing they had was rice and beans. Everything was already put up even the sour cream. You should just close at 9pm if you have majority of all items you serve already put up....or put a bean and rice bowl on the menu and charge for that. Poor customer service...I can see if I came in at 950pm. Staff close when they want to close and not the store hours..
