Will not support this business again.... I have supportred several times over the last three yesrs. Food is not the best, but location is convenient. I came in tonight and ordered Mongolian chicken with lomein. After sitting for approximately 5 mins, the female owner told me my order was ready. I drove home for 10 minutes to discover that I was given the wrong order (spare ribs with rice). The female owner offered me a 3 dollar discount after I called to inform them of THIER mistake. I drove back (10 minutes) to pick up my correct order. When I get there MY ORDER IS NOT READY FOR PICKUP. The female owner gives me a $5 bill for my trouble (And takes the old order) When my food is ready, as I am leaving the MALE OWNER rudely yells to me that ONE of the spare ribs is missing (as he communicates with his wife is his native language) His customer service and attitude is ALWAYS NASTY. The prices are not consistemt. As stated above, food is not tasty enough for BAD SERVICE from the OWNER. I will not support this business again and I suggest patrons proceed with caution.

Small family business, no frills, but the hunan beef and veggies was amazing! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is there is no inside dining.

Food was not what I was expecting. Had no taste like Chinese food should taste like. Will never go back. Highly disappointed

No one, including the people preparing the food wore gloves. I saw the guy who was actually cooking the food (not wearing gloves) grab a stool near the cooking area and wipe it off with his bare hands and then go back to cooking. I saw him chopping up vegetables and then throwing them in the pot, handle raw meat from the fridge; all without washing his hands. The woman cooking the food screwed up my order and then instead of Re-cooking fresh food she tried to take the wings and put seasoning on them and give them to me. And again NO ONE was wearing gloves or masks..I will NEVER go to this place again and if I was you I would avoid it like the plague..

I think restaurant food in general is not the same since the pandemic. The authentic flavor and good customer service is average all over McDonough. There are not a lot of good authentic Chinese restaurants here. I do still order from this one from time to time. It’s frustrating for both the owner and the customer when there is a language barrier. The dad has gotten better and he is learning English. I was surprised to see him smiling and singing the time I was there. He was the only person in the restaurant that day. When I called to place my order he took my order over the phone. I could understand him clearly and he understood me because my order was correct. I like to get what I buy and I want it to taste good as well. We have to show each other a little more grace and patience. It must be frustrating to be an adult in a country and not be able to speak the main language clearly . So I say be patient with him or just order somewhere else but good Luck. The best Chinese food I had this year so far was in the city of Boston at China Town. Tasted very different and not as greasy.

Called to place a togo order. A male answered the phone speaking extremely fast and VERY poor broken English. With what I tried to order and explain to him in ENGLISH, he decided because HE could NOT understand ME that he would say something to the effect of " if you want Chinese food you call somewhere else!" And HE proceeded to hang up on ME.

Bad experience. Bad place.

Food is good but they are a little rude! I think you should be exceptionally nice to your customers and people in general!

I only come here to get my Chinese food for about 10 years now . My issue with this place is when they have only the dad working and no one else to help out it’s extremely disappointing and frustrating. It’s very hard to understand him and no matter how patient you are he gets more upset because we cant understand what he says . Great for some quick Chinese , but if the dad is the one answering the phones BEWARE!

Great food and one of the few restaurants with real spare ribs. I added a menu since the other photos aren't clear.
