On 5/29 my daughter & I ordered pick up. It was horrible. I ordered the chicken egg rolls but they sent black bean egg rolls, my daughter ordered fries and we had to go back to pick them up! The food was horrible!!!🤮
Waited 30+ minutes for a simple order that was paid for online. When someone finally did bring the order, she had an attitude. I understand customer service is hard, I've worked it for years, but the treatment tonight, clearly ma'am had other things on her mind and could not rally to satisfy the most basic of pleasantries for patrons of this establishment. I guess I'll stick to air frying mozzarella sticks when I get the late night cravings. Service here has truly gone downhill here and honestly at every location I've visited in the past month. And they forgot an item.
On 4/2/22 my family and I decided to go here for dinner. Party of 5 around 4 PM and there was a 45 min wait. As with many other restaurants in the world these days they are short staffed so the wait wasn't the problem. Our table was finally ready and the host takes us to a table that was literally in a puddle of water. My husband asked what it was and the host said oh that's just water....WHAT??? So my sister says can we get another table. The host literally turns around to seat us in the table right next to the table with the puddle of water that was ALSO in a puddle of water. It was literally right next to the one previously mentioned. I proceeded then to say can you just clean up the water this is a safety hazard. The host (who mind you was at the host stand scrolling aimlessly on her phone when we arrived) and 3 other servers stood in a huddle obviously talking NOT moving not trying to get a mop or towel etc. So I sat at an empty table away from the water to see how long it would take to clean the mess and they didn't move. My sister and family decided to leave but I went back in to dial to a manager who had the WORST attitude in the world to address the issue who stayed they had a 10 top and an 8 top who were AHEAD of me that needed to bea seated as if to say i was bothering her making her clean up and being seated out of turn. Maybe had the host not been on the phone she would not have sent us a text that the table was ready out of turn.. She then stated they were cleaning it now. That's great but the problem here is WHY WOULD YOU NOT CLEAN THAT BEFORE YOU BROUGHT A CUSTOMER WHO COULD SLIP AND FALL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and I normally LOVE Chilli's!!!! Sad day today!!!
I will NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN! The absolute worst! Food takes forever and the customer service is horrid! As someone in the Industry I'd be embarrassed to work or represent thus place! We ordered food (2 lunch sandwiches) at 3:17 here it is 3:49 and it just came out. It's 4 tables in here, 3 people at the bar (including me) Came out in Togo boxes when we asked to eat(at the bar). Oh let's not get started with the bartender Shavandra! Horrible, she needs to find something she enjoys cause this ain't it! I order a WATER at 3:18, 15 minutes passed and she had the nerve to walk by me and say "Sorry about your water". Instead of going back to the bar to make a water, she proceeds to go to a table take their order while sitting on a table. Then walks by me and starts cleaning a table, meanwhile I'm still waiting on my water! From the bar I can see a tall guy with glasses grabbing food with his bare hands as if we're still not in the middles of a pandemic! Not to mention the bartender had cleaning spray nedt to the draft beers!If you want horrible customer service and your time wasted then yes go there!
I did curbside to go. One car was present before I pulled up. Now all 8 spots are filled with cars. I waited so long for my food. More than an hour. I still never received it & i seen so many people going into the restaurant angry who also did “curbside to go”. A few drove off angry without their food after coming out the establishment. I’ve seen 4 workers go to the back of the restaurant & take their time to smoke so I feel like you guys aren’t understaffed. Yes I know workers are entitled to a break but the curbside was not busy like this when I pulled up. The people in charge of curbside let it get like this. My 1 year old is sick in the backseat so I didn’t have the strength to wake him up & drag him inside to ask for a refund since Ive already paid online. The website says if you need to make changes to your order or cancel, to call the number. I called after placing to ask if they could add bbq sauce on the side for the ribs that I ordered & no answer. I called again after waiting more than an hour to see if I could cancel my order, still no answer. All I’ve ordered was a half rack of ribs & a kids meal pizza.
Ordered skillet queso. Got something else in the cup instead. Ribs were in the box without any paper. Burned through the box and nearly inedible. Charred and overcooked. Friendly reminder to check your order before you leave folks. I could have averted a wasted expense for dinner
they gave me the drink then no more refills after that conpletly dispecable so awful asked for a salad as my apprtizer after reminding her 13 times i got it without chesse this is the worst experience ever

I am currently standing and waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready at 6:35pm and it is now 8:05. My food was sitting on a shelf for probably the entire hour. My food was cold when I got it. Several people have been waiting over an hour for their food only to get it and it be cold. Mary was the manager of the kitchen Tonight and she did a terrible job at ensuring at least the waiting customers were accommodated in some type of way especially because she knew we were waiting over an hour. COVID has all these restaurants short staffed however who would want to come work for such a disorganized establishment.
Fast service with a friendly waitress. I recklessly forgot her name, but her service stood unprecedented. As she worked her tail off during evening rush, the tone she set made the atmosphere chill... While gracefully waiting an entire bar, and table/booths on that entire side of the building... Unexpectedly, she provided excellent customer service to every take while making excellent drinks from the bar! This woman deserves workplace commendation!Currently, turnover rate in the workplace is at a high, so it's understandable that some businesses are not as they once were...The few ones still making it, have fewer employees to run the place. So... it's understandable to me if my waitress forgets to refill a drink/etc... It's hard to get everything right when staff's short-handed and exhausted. This exhaust, due to keeping the company afloat... These employees are the face, backbone, and foundation of the business.Your lucky to have such a gem at this chili's. Unknowingly driving business to your restaurant, when there are so many others in the front yard. I will be back because of her. I can buy a good meal anywhere, but that experience was priceless.---Also, compliments to the chef!!! The food was deliciously outstanding ❣️❤️
