We have always enjoyed eating at Chicken Salad Chick. The food is great !!Always a good idea to check your order before you leave, we have found after getting home what we have differed from what we ordered.
service was fine, food was very hit or miss. the mac n cheese and spicy chicken sandwich were very good! but the broccoli salad missed the mark. drinks were also very good (strawberry lemonade and iced tea)
Today I went through the drive thru at the McDonough location and I checked my order before driving off. I had some things missing. After sending the bag back to them three times they finally got everything straightened out. SMH. I don’t know why or how they can be confused. It wasn’t even that crowded at the time and they had several workers there. All they have to do is read the order and scoop the food onto the plate. Why this time they couldn’t get it together I don’t know. One of the workers apologized profusely which I do appreciate. Warning—check your order before leaving the drive thru.

So this is a little gem I just happened to spot when I was searching for food driving down 75. If you love chicken salad as much as me you have to stop and try it! They have multiple different kinds. My daughter and husband both got the classic on a chicken BLT and I just got the fruity one to have with crackers. And yes I got me some to take with me.

First time at Chicken Salad Chick and loved the food! Was looking for a healthier option amongst all the fast food restaurant and found the right place! The lady who helped me was the sweetest (I think her badge said assistant manager). I went with the classic chicken salad and it was simple and delicious. Will definitely visit it again to try the other options.
Chicken salad is good and they have a good variety of flavors. I love the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. Broccoli salad is good but it needs more dressing/sauce because it was kinda dry and lacking in flavor. The mac n cheese and tortilla soups are ok. Definitely not as good as Chick fil a. If you get chips as your side they just put a handful of chips on your plate, they don't give you a snack size bag or anything.
