Customer Service is horrible. I'm uncertain if this business actually like servicing African Americans. I literally called in my order 30mins away. The person over the phone told me it would be ready in 25mins. I driven to the store, walked in an employee came out from the back while the other employee helped a customer at the drive-thru window. I politely stated to the employee that came from the back my name and I was there to pick up my call in odrer the employee told me I had to tell "HER" (the girl that was working the drive-thru window) So I waited, As she got finished handling the customer in the drive-thru she walked to the double doors in the back about three time back and fourth as I stood there. I'm the ONLY customer in the store at this present moment and no other customer is at the drive-thru window. After the third time from walking back and forth without any acknowledgement towards me literally standing there. She then proceeded to come around me just to walk pass me and fix a big cup of tea from the self service tea and soda machine while still haven't acknowledging that I was standing there.. At this point I proceeded to place my debit card wallet back inside my purse, here comes a customer in the drive-thru window and she runs to that customer just to ask them "How may I help you? I immediately walked out. And said to myself, NEVER AGAIN because my hard earn money will be spent where it's WELCOME! This is awful, crazy, and sad especially in a world we live in today. This business needs more honset and loving ppl along with more training on Customer Service.
I never leave reviews but this experience was horrible. Ordered 20 wings and 4 tenders, picked up my order and realized I was given the complete wrong order once I got home. I went back to the store to get it corrected and was given the original 20 wings which seemed like they were fried twice. They were hard as a rock, dry, and hardly seasoned. If I could leave negative stars I would. If you’re looking for quality food, look somewhere else.

The lemon pepper wings were fantastic as always. Not too mention how delicious the ceddar poppers were! Super friendly staff.
The customer service is always good. The wings are good. However, they are pricey. 10 piece just wings and drink for me $16.97. Just so you know!
WARNING CUSTOMERS! THEIR PRICES HAS INCREASED.........AGAIN! 2ND TIME WITHIN A YEAR. And increase meaning between $1- $42. What's bad about it, they don't make you aware. When orders are called in, the staff should let us know. Lunch meals are dinner prices. Food is good but it's not worth it anymore. I understand the economy today and increasing the price earlier this year, but an increase twice within 12 month's is ridiculous. 2 stars for good food only.
Minus the fact that there was hair in my food.. Wrapped around my chicken.. then the manager was considerate at all. probably won’t ever eat here again. Nobody apologized or anything.
Great food. Service was excellent. Definitely miss the Chick N Run that was in Luella. Hate driving so far for quality wings.

20 PIECE AND FRIES IS $28.+My first time. ITS TOTALLY NOT WORTH YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY!!!! I asked for the wings to be cooked not too hard. Well we received the exact opposite. Wings were so HARD!!! Couldn't exactly tell they were that hard when I checked the box. They have a lot of hand written signs that WARN YOU TO CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES AFTER YOU LEAVE.I SPENT $28 AND SOME CHANGE. I BOUGHT A 20 PIECE AND FRIES. I OBSERVED A REGULAR CUSTOMER WHO WAS ALSO SHOCKED AT THE PRICE INCREASE. SO PLEASE TAKE A BITE OF YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. IF ITS NOT RIGHT MAKE THEM DO IT OVER.
