Very impressed with the management at this location. They were understaffed (thanks pandemic) but handling the crowds beautifully!! I saw 3 managers outside working the drive thru and a fourth in the window pulling orders!! Very refreshing to see servant leaders working alongside their team! Molly says thank you, she loves her Chick-fil-A ice dream!!
They are just like the rest passing out trash. Ordered a Cobb salad had no chicken nuggets on top. Then I have to drive back to get salad remade. Let it be known is raining and thundering outside. Then I get the remade salad home it has bad lettuce and alien fingers in it. So all that my pleasure and quality is gone out the window. Not me first bad experience at this location. Drive thru line moved swift, which is to be expected, ok service, but the staff tonight we're playing too much once I arrived at the window. They were more focused with talking to each other than getting my food. Food was good, a small end piece of my chicken was slightly undercooked which I cut off and they did not put pickles on the sandwich and we got mainly crumbs and not waffle fries. I understand it was about 30 minutes before closing, but I still expect good food and great service when visiting any Chick-fil-A. I am unlikely to revisit this location.
Visited twice within two weeks. The first time they gave me my salad NO dressing and also forgot my Mac and cheese. Today they forgot my chicken sandwich.The fries were greasy and dark. I sent a email through the app as well as called the store to complain. I agree with another person who said that something has differently changed at this location. I will not get burned by this location again.
We had a great lunch with the grands. The older gentleman (manager) was very attentive to the grands❤s.
Salad, no dressing and no fork to eat it with. The other order was a combo and the bag was empty no fries. Check the order! If you order from this location ensure everything you ask for is in the bag before driving off. The customer service has gone down a little. I won't be back!
The food is NEVER hot. It always tastes like lukewarm and never fresh. They rarely put the condiments in the bad even though it's clearly on the receipt. Then the traffic is atrocious trying to get in and out. This location used to be great about 10 years ago but I won't be spending my money here. I'll just go to Lake Dow.
They forgot the sauces for my 8ct nugget combo. Also, they gave me either diet coke or diet dr. pepper, instead of the regular root beer I paid for. I definitely recommend checking your order before you leave this cfa location!
My husband ordered our meals and one chocolate chip cookie at the drive thru.GOT NO COOKIE. We eat at this location pretty often. Consistently excellent service and food.First time we've ever had a problem with Chick-fil-A at any location. Forgiven. We'll be back.
No sauces. But the order was right. Long wait in the drive thru but its chick fil a. You are gonna wait.
