The cashier Kimberly was so nice and had wonderful customer service. Throughout my dining experience I notice she was perform multiple jobs and was working very hard.She went above and beyond to provide the best service I’ve seen in this location. If anyone at Lake Dow Chick-fil-A deserves, she should be one of the first people to be considered!
2 nd time in 1 week my food was wrong. . Slow down and get my food RIGHT!!! PLEASE...I Ordered a Chicken Sandwich well done extra cheese.....Got a plain Biscuit!!!Monday they left my food out of the bag!!!! The Old Man (Mr.Kathy) which I loved and cherished ...would be rolling over in his grave!!!!!
The worse drive thru experience bar none!! Placing the order and getting my initial order was fast as usual less than 7 minutes give or take a few minutes. But it's my actual order itself that is the problem and the customer service that followed thereafter or lack thereof. I was missing simple things from my $33 order such as salad dressing for a salad I ordered two cookies and received one I didn't check my bag before I left drive-thru because up until today, the service has been pretty good. That changed today!! I called the store to let them know that I was missing items spoke to Mon***who assured me that she would have my missing food when I returned ask me for an ETA in which I gave her and when I arrived I still had to wait another 10 minutes park my car go inside to get a cookie and salad dressing by then my food was cold the cookie was cold, that was given to me. I was extremely disgusted for the experience overall gas is not cheap these days, I had to turn around come back. It was unnecessary it was inconvenient and I hope that after you read this post you take the time to check your food before you leave drive-thru from this particular location. As a customer I did my part. I place my order check my receipt waited all I needed was hot food and my order to be correct and I did not receive that. So disappointed and disgusted and now I'm left with just cold food. I may not be so upset and disgusted if this were the first time that this happened.
Went through the drive thru on last Friday night 3/11. My husband and I both ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. My food was fine, but my husband’s food was not. His sandwich was hard to bite into and he said it tasted old, also his fries were half filled. We attempted calling the restaurant twice when we got home, but no one answered the phone. The next day Saturday 3/12 we called again that morning, someone finally answered (the manager). He stated he would replace my husband’s food through the “chik-fil-a app” due to the bad experience. We have yet to receive any replacements. Today is Monday 3/14.
Lord have mercy 25 mins in a line is not fast food! This has happened every time I’ve came here in the last 3 months and it’s getting worse… not to mention my orders are being messed up….
Great place for hot food and great service. As you know there is a lot of youth working here and they are our future, So please be patient and remember you was a young worker. Chic fila has the best customer service in the whole restaurant business.
The food here is always great!! They give you a good amount and it's always fresh. This visit was no different. Timely service and they don't forget your condiments!I even received a survey coupon fir a free sandwich!!???
Long lines, but reasonable wait times. Appreciate when they have reps directing traffic. The order accuracy is on point. The food is always hot and delicious! Never get tired of “My pleasure” cause they really mean it.
What a waste. Biggest nothing that I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long time1. Ordered #2 Fried with cheese, bacon and tomato. No tomato and grilled.2. Ordered medium fries not medium box.3. No receipt given.Only went there because given a gift card. Everyone should know by now that KFC has the best fried chicken sandwich out there. It is 1 1/2 times the size of CFA's puny nothing. Then, Bojangles is second best. CFA ranks around 15 or so now. They are little and not nearly as tasty as once was.Once gift card is at zero, that is it. No more CFA garbage. (It has been a while since I have been to one anyway.)
I bought two salads and they tasted old.. The lettuce was soggy and not fresh at all.. I was really surprised by the value of the food because this is one of the busiest places around...
