Went to Cheddar's on Jonesboro Rd. tonight. Was told there was a 30 to 45 minute wait, but we could eat at the bar or a high top table in the bar. Sat at a high top and after about 15 minutes, a customer told us they had been sitting for 30 minutes and never saw a server. My husband went out to the front and was told then that we must be sitting at the bar to be served, but there we no empty seats. Just when 2 seats were about to become available the host came in and told us he could seat us at a table. We sat down and he gave us menus, but we sat there for another 15 minutes, and NO ONE EVER CAME OVER! We walked out and someone at the next table said "I don't blame you!"

I just go for the bread

We had not been to Cheddars in over a year due to a previous bad experience. We were very pleased with the food and the server. When we arrived they said it would be a 45 minute wait and it took only 35. Things were a little slow but our server Javara was very good. We ordered the trio appetizer which was good. The croissant rolls with honey butter were delicious. Items ordered for dinner were Monte Cristo sandwich, chicken tenders meal, cheeseburger, steak, alfredo with chicken and country fried steak meal. All were very good and cooked correctly. My only disappointment was on the new menu they don't have onion rings. After this visit we will go back.

My family & I have eaten at this location hundreds of time. This time I wanted to try something different & ordered the bacon cheeseburger. It was delicious! The meat was seasoned to perfection. This location never disappoints!

I had the 8 oz Top Sirloin. I requested Med steak with a loaded baked potato with broccoli casserole. This was Sunday but the crowd wasn't bad. We were at table 44 and our server was Laronda L. Our server was hard to find throughout the meal. I received my steak the was more than well done (burnt inside and out). She took my meal back but that meant I had to watch my wife eat and she had to then watch me. The Broccoli Casserole had dry powder on top where they didn't make sure it mixed with the oils of the cheese. The potato said it was loaded, which to me, means butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, and/or chives. it didn't have bacon or chives. The manager checked with us but he really didn't offer a solution to our issues (really too late to help). It's only the second time I ate at Cheddars but it will be my last. Not a good experience, again two hours from curb to curb...that was nuts and mostly due to the lack of attention given by Laronda L. This was lunch for 2. it was 43.60 after tip which is not cheap considering we only had water to drink. Poor use of my money but a lesson learned.

Up until tonight, this had been my favorite restaurant. I place an order online so that I wouldn't have to wait. I even called the restaurant to verify everything and I was told that I wouldn't have to wait if I came two hours later. Well, not only did I have to wait 30 additional minutes, they did not have the croissants that I paid for, only a few green beans in a container for family-style green beans, and only 6 out of the 8 chicken tenders I was supposed to have. I got the green beans and 2 tenders, but forgot about the crossiants until I got home. I had to ask the server who was bringing food to the car multiple times if he had checked on my food. the 2nd and 3rd times it was as if he had forgotten and was just saying things to appease me. My husband had had bad experiences with them before, but I was still faithful. I will have to find another restaurant that can be competent enough to bring the food that I order and pay for. Goodness, I had to wait almost 3 hours for the food from two and a half hours at home/travel time to the restaurant and then 30 minutes in the parking lot when I was told I wouldn't have to wait if I came at 7:30 p.m. I'm done.

First of all let me tell you that food and service are EXCELLENT at this location (just off I-75) I ordered a lunch combo: soup and "Better than Mom's " meatloaf I had potato soup (just a tad salty for me because I NEVER use salt so I'm very sensitive to it) and some delicious fresh baked croissants with honey butter. The main course was a HUGE slice if meatloaf and made from scratch mashed potatoes. Would have been a five star review, but I had work to do on my laptop and the wifi had no internet

Salads, Salmon, burgers, they're all vg for the price. Sometimes slow because they're so busy. They're famous for ribs but we are health nuts and pass on them.

First time in awhile to stop for food. Ordered off the lunch menu. Ordered the Not your Mama's meatloaf and I can tell you this. "No it wasn't "!! This was horrible for meatloaf. I can cook and my meatloaf tastes 100% better. Maybe they need my recipe. Garden salad was great as was the waiter!!

The drinks, the meal, the sweet buttery croissants were divines. Superb flavors and atmosphere. Everyone was smiling.
