My family of 7 arrived at 12:30 PM on a saturday. They open at 11. We were seated after about 5 minutes. Waitress took our drink and appetizer order. She brought chips and queso and croissants with honey butter. She only had 3 plates because there were no more "clean" ones so she gave us extra napkins. We placed our order. After 45 minutes (they were NOT that busy) our food arrived. My chicken tenders had an awful after taste and she forgot my fries. I was not trying to wait another 45 minutes so I told her forget it. My sister ordered a steak medium. It was burned and dry. My mom and son wanted bourbon glaze on their salmon. They had none. The waitress NEVER checked on our table. Took our order, brought our food, brought the check. That's it! We will NEVER darken their doorstep again. While this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, my brothers ribs were good as well as my grandsons cheeseburger and daughters pasta. For THAT reason I gave them TWO stars!!

At first, everything was going well; we were seated and we received a warm welcome. But it all went downhill when I got my order. I was very appalled when I flipped over my bacon cheeseburger... THE BUN HAD MOLD ON IT!!! I'd say it was handled fairly quickly, but that was only because we had 2 people from our party go get someone. The manager was professional about it and took it off our order, but when I got my remake the ranch had hair in it! Not only was my order messed up twice, we were the only party with PLASTIC SILVERWARE! I'm not one to take things to the extreme, but this was a very unacceptable experience. Needless to say, we will never dine here again.

I'm not sure how this establishment stays in business but evidently business is booming. The wait was wack, the service was wack, the food was wack. The poor waitress (maybe her first day) didn't even know they served Miller lite? We got there a little before 8 and did not walk out until after 11:30 ! To me that's just shy of a part time shift at any job. Cleaning products at our table that we had to ask to be moved because we could smell them. Skip the house "strawberry lemonade". The painkiller was 50% ice which translates to 70% water. Smh just a below average dining experience all around.

The atmosphere was really nice the food was good and the prices of the food was cheaper then expected. I thought the prices was going to be like $15 & up but me and my date meals were $11 a piece and alot of the meals were around $13. The waiters & staff was nice & friendly & the food was good also.

Wait time was less than expected, which was great! Waitress provided the bare minimum in service. Not once were we asked if we wanted or needed a refill. One of our appetizers came out once we were almost finished eating our entrées. Yes, it was removed from the bill. We had to ask for several things (condiments) that we'd ask for when ordering and then wait a very long time before receiving them. I've been dining here for a very long time and have never received this type of customer service.

Went to Cheddar's on Jonesboro Rd. tonight. Was told there was a 30 to 45 minute wait, but we could eat at the bar or a high top table in the bar. Sat at a high top and after about 15 minutes, a customer told us they had been sitting for 30 minutes and never saw a server. My husband went out to the front and was told then that we must be sitting at the bar to be served, but there we no empty seats. Just when 2 seats were about to become available the host came in and told us he could seat us at a table. We sat down and he gave us menus, but we sat there for another 15 minutes, and NO ONE EVER CAME OVER! We walked out and someone at the next table said "I don't blame you!"

Big portions. Great service. Food is a 4 out of 5. Which is good. In my book. Service is 5 out of 5. Cocktails were 10 out of 10. Not something I would crave but would bring the family back for a good dinner.

I am one disappointed customer at the McDonough, GA location. After an hour and half wait to be seated for my daughters Sweet 16 dinner with a party of 8, we get seated at 2 booths across the aisle. Croissants were never brought out. The appetizers were brought out cold and stiff. The cheese for my nachos cracked chips as I tried to dip and my daughters spinach dip literally didnt move when I held it upside down. I told the server and asked for the manager to remove it, that's when she disappeared on me. The actual entrees were appetizing but our glasses stayed empty until I went and found another employee. I feel like once she saw the party size and knew that gratuity would be included she no longer felt the need to serve the table. I'm completely turned off after years of good experiences, the service has gone way down for me. I can never get my baby's bday dinner back. At least she was happy to be with friends. Oh, and I was told they no longer do the birthday cheer...due to COVID???? Even when I had cupcakes and just wanted them to sweeten with cheer. Most restaurants will at least rally the staff to sing to the birthday patron.

Made reservation on yelp… arrived on time to virtually empty restaurant @430pm and was told by hostess they didn’t accept yelp reservations if the customer makes them . I Was told the wait was 1-2 hours…seems crazy with nobody waiting in front of me. Meanwhile when they put me on the waiting list i get a text message from yelp, go figure!!!… they don’t accept yelp but i get a text from yelp. I recommend dining elsewhere. Seems like i was made to wait just to wait. Servers just chilling and honestly this restaurant was not busy at all. Bunch of young kids running things and customer service definitely suffers.

Inexpensive and great food place! I think I've found my weekend go to spot when I want to get out and eat at a restaurant but save some money in the process! Thanks to my senior business partner for taking me and my other partner out with him and his wife for an impromptu dinner!!!
