The food here is terrible and disgusting at night. Wait time is terrible just to receive cold old food. I ordered a chicken bite box and was very disappointed. The chicken bites were very hard and the fries were hard and tasted like they had been cooked in old grease and also cooked the day before. They are not changing the oil like they should. If I could give them a zero I definitely would. I will never eat at checkers again!!
30 Minutes. For 2 Burgers. On a Weekday.Girl on the grill cleaning it while talking on her cell phone.Don't ever order at the window. Me and the other frustrated customers were making jokes about why it's taking them so long.A dude ordered small fries and 4 chicken sandwiches before me and maybe he's still there waiting, camped out in a tent.Drive Thru Only. Let me start by saying we did not have a “bad” experience. Not at all. The young lady at the window was very nice and attentive. The young lady making our food, made it exactly as requested.The reason for the four stars is this: the new automated ordering system could use some fine tuning. There was some confusion about the number of sandwiches and what I ordered. Young lady at the window fixed it before cashing me out. I ordered a 1/2 chicken bites box, the large one without French fries. What the system selected was the chicken bites box with the French fries times two. There were no special instructions for the chicken so she didn’t ask about that. Therefore I didn’t catch it!So, the 4 stars is really for corporate’s automated system, not the young ladies who prepared our food! ❤️
When you come here you place an order with an automotive cashier. It was different but effective and efficient. When I pulled around my order was confirmed with an actual person and my food came up before I even cashed out. So the drive thru experience was good. The food was hot and regular Checkers decent.The outdoors could be cleaner and more inviting but other than that it was typical take out.
Excessive wait time. I would say it’s from them being understaffed but I’ve been to plenty of restaurants around here with the same or less amount of employees and they moved much faster than this. Also, the rude employees could use some conduct training. No need to get an attitude with me when I’m polite and you have me waiting. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone at all. I can’t speak for the other ones.
I ordered a big Burford and it was only meat and cheese. My daughters cheeseburger had no cheese at all. The fries were hard and cold. Checkers is my all time favorite fast food and I haven't had it in years. I was so very disappointed.
Intercom at drive thru was messed up so part of the order was wrong but the girl at the window was polite and corrected it
This place is horrible, they sold me raw chicken. I asked for the number to the corporate office and they gave me a fake number. But I did look it up and filed a complaint. I wish there was an option for less than one star.
If I was able to put zero stars for you guys I would have put zero stars. I ordered at the window and some young little girl that should not be working because she looked as if she was high of some type of substance Asked me what my order was and I told her 3 8 piece chicken tender. I got to the Window And she charge me for one so when I told her I had three orders she took my card and charge me for the last two. They asked me to pull around and I waited patiently just for them to come back to the car with just 2 8 piece chicken tenders. I told the guy it was supposed to be 3 he went back in and came back out and said they said you only ordered 2 go around. I went around told the young lady what was wrong and asked for a manager when I got to the window, The other girl gonna say oh she want to talk to you. So they so call Manager that’s highly unprofessional and should be fired come to the window and he gonna tell me I only pay for two I show him my bank statement and he still going to say I pay for two so then I explain to him that she took my card after I payed for one and then she charged me for 2 more. He’s gonna close the window and look at the system and talk with the ladies then just give me a bag that was already sitting there with chicken tenders in it then when I’m pulling away he slammed the window and walked away talking bull $$$$. I feel like the ladies that was there and the manager should be fired. Highly unprofessional I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there until they’re under new management. I will be contacting corporate.
Waited in the drive through line for about half hour, the line was not moving. Finally I got to the window to order, they turned the lights off and a rude male worker announced "we're closed". I tried to explain I was in the line for a long time but he kept repeating his single script "we're close" as if his elementary mind could not conjure up another complete sentence. Horrible customer service.
