A great little sea food place.
This location has never disappointed! The food is always hot and fresh!
The fish has gotten so small compared to how it used to be years ago. But with that being said, it still was delicious, and the people were friendly
Love me some Captain D's. Particularly the hush puppies yum. Good service reasonably fast. Of course they're understaffed
Went to order food. Asked for a second so I can see the menu. The guy at the window tells me to hurry up because he has a truck about to deliver. There are so many other ways he could have said this, but he was rude with it. I didn't order. I left. I wish I could give them zero stars
They still have the dining room closed. You order Jalapeño Poppers and they offer no sauce. Mind you not that they were out, he said you can only have ketchup. The fish sandwich had ONE thin line that was less than 1/2 inch wide across the sandwich of tartar sauce…. ? ?
The food is always fresh here. They get your order right and repeat it back to you to make sure they have it right. I appreciate the care taken in the food.
I went to the one At lake dow in McDonough on tonight. I got there around 8:30. I ordered the 10 piece family meal. The sides were fries and okra, I also orders 2 extra small sides. When I got home to feed my Family I opened the containers of food. First complaint I have is the pieces of fish was very skinny, the fries was enough for 2 ppl, my side of green beans was enough for a one year old the container of greens beans wasn't even half full. I have taken pictures of the food to show the general manager or owner what this food looks like. For me to have spent over $32 I think the quality and the amount that was put in my order should have been well worth of what I got. I have never experienced this kind of service at a captain D's ever. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED
We arrived at the drive-thru and saw that they were closing early, but the food was still fresh and tasted well.
Owner/operator very rude. No value meals. $10.79 for a 2 piece meal. Also states on webpage dinning room open. It is not.
