We liked it! My husband took me for my birthday and I got the Dirt Road shake. I felt like it was overpriced since we paid the same amount for a shake with no cupcake/cheesecake on it. It was very pretty and tasted good, but I just think their pricing is off. The girls that worked there were nice enough to let us light a candle to let me blow out. :) Cute little shop. I'd love to try the ice cream "nachos" next time. They look delicious!
I have been to Cake & Shake several times with my family. On our visit there today it was nice to see new menu items. My husband tried the new Oat My Goodness shake. He liked it a lot.I typically use a Groupon when I go to this establishment. The staff is always friendly and helpful.Update: Since I left this review I have been back twice. I got a lemon cheesecake shake and then then a double scoop of lemon cheesecake ice cream. OMG! It is so delicious. Maybe one day they will have strawberry cheesecake ice cream.
My kids sister and boyfriend luv ice cream and milkshakes me not so much but I go to different places often this was some very delicious ice cream if you're into ice cream and shakes definitely go try good customer service the facility was clean and pretty go try it outI did a tik tok on it if you want more of a visualJuicydimples87Price I think is priced accordingly but nothing was less than 8$ so don't expect to spend 20$ on 2 milkshakes or even ice cream cones
I don’t usually leave reviews, but….. my family’s first issue was the music. On top of it being extremely loud, the subject matter on several songs was the opposite of family friendly. To the point where we looked for outdoor seating or a way to take our shakes to go but had to endure waiting while wondering what new song was going to come on. It was uncomfortable. My second issue was the price compared to what you get. I got the new cookie dough milkshake. For what you pay, you should at least get quality toppings. The cookies literally tasted like the cheapest ones found on Walmart’s shelf. My daughter saw the Cookie Monster shake on the screen- which she had been planning to get since the last trip we took here, but was disappointed when it isn’t available, but stillBeing advertised. This place was good the last time I was there- last summer. Not sure what has happened.
Deliciously fun milkshakes! I had the Gone Bananas, and my husband had the Mintuation, and they were both amazing!

First visit since moving near here and most definitely will be back. Nice variety of options. Plain old cookies and cream milkshake will always be my favorite though.
The cake and shake is amazing!!!!! The designs are beautiful and delicious. Dont miss out. If you enjoy cake and shakes these guys have found an amazing way to combine the 2.
This is all you get in a Cupcake for $3+tax= $3.21; I was expecting a Jumbo Cupcake. There wasn’t anything special about the taste of the Cupcake. (To me) it’s overpriced. I’m not sure what “Cake ‘N Shake” is known for; but I’m sure it’s not this $3 Cupcake. I want their business to be successful; if I go back I’ll try their food.
This interesting stop for a dessert as a business concept on its face is neat. I would highly recommend ordering one size down from what your normally get unless you are sharing. The biggest problem I have with this store, (and I admit I was going to leave it alone until I came across two strangers who had the same problem) is the younger staff members will sit and gossip or make rude comments about the customers with each other. I don't know if they realize they are hearable or not up to 20 feet away, and I don't care.. While one has a right to say what they want, when you are representing a company, those type chats should be well out of earshot of the patrons. I know of several families unwilling to return to any Cake N Shake as a result of these events.Update: As the owners have reached out for more information, I will be working with them to help get this issue resolved. It speaks wonderfully of the owners to have reached out so quickly, and I believe they will be able to handle getting things in check. Stay tuned for further updates!Update 2: The owners and I have exchanged a couple emails, and I have no reason at this time to believe they won't work out the issues with the store. I have greatly enjoyed our interaction, and we all agree this is a growing opportunity rather than punishing one. While I am not surprised to see small business owners want to get things in hand, I was very impressed with our communications. I am updating the review to 4 stars and will be watching for additional chances to further review the store.Here is to better roads for all involved!
