I really see the changes the manager Charlene is trying to do, everytime I come to this location this poor lady is here everyday and every night. And you can notice the difference when she is not there in the food and customer service. I really hope they get this poor lady the right help because if they loose her this burger king is going to loose a good one.
Consistently terrible. Orders are wrong, food not good. Sign says dine in open, but when I walked up to the door, they were locked. Four employees were sitting in the dining room laughing and one of them made a slashing motion across his throat. I guess that was his way of saying “[email protected]&k off.” Got the message loud and clear . Corporate, if you care, I will NEVER eat at Burger King. Ever. Anywhere. I am sure this all will be blamed on Covid, like everything is. Fact is, I will be happy to drive across the street to chick fil a and get good service and good food. When Burger King folds, you can thank your wonderful employees
Although they did get my order correct, the service was awful! I sat in the drive thru for a good ten minutes before I said hello and they told me to hold on! I completely understand if they are busy, but it would have been nice if they started out with that. Like maybe thanks for coming here, we will be with you in a minute. But nope, I just sat there. And the service at the window was not any better.
04/14/2022 How come yall have a sighn up that says dine in open but your doors are locked and your not open on the inside its 2022 covid came out in 2020 if you have not found a way to somewhat return to normal by now then you probably are just lazy and don't want to but you at the very least could take that sighn down instead of misleading people and making them waste there time
This was the most disappointing burger i have eaten in months. For this to be grilled it was hard an burnt. We ordered the new BK melt with bacon an it was noting but greasy onions an 2 burnt small kids size pattys. The sourdough bread was so hard around the edges you could hit someone with it. Not even worth the 9$ you pay for it. So disappointing ?. The cashiers were friendly but, was new so they didn't care to ask if anything was wrong.
1st off March 26th at 10:22am I'm trying to order some breakfast after looking at the hrs of operation that was updated 12 weeks ago and I literally sat in the drive through a gd minute before I decided to drive up to the window and then it took a minute for the manager with the headset on to say we don't open till 1030 love, nothing else. Now what puzzled me was the lack of customer service..could she have stated that in the headset she was wearing, yes to avoid a whole line in the drive through behind me..could she have said anything better then we don't open till 1030 love and letting the window slam without a second thought. I guess that's the best you get these days with such a shortage but whatever..please post correct business hours.
Charlene is the rudest person I've ever dealt with and needs to be fired. She went off on me because I asked why I had been in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no one taking my order!!! Finally ended up leaving with no food and being fussed out by the crazy lady who was supposed to be taking orders.
Stopped there yesterday on trip from Florida to Tennessee. We went inside to order. Young lady working the front was getting orders together for window and working front cash register. We stood there for about 10 minutes and she never acknowledged anyone was standing there. A man approached that had been waiting forever I suppose on his food and another employee asked if he needed something and the customer said he needed his food he had paid for. He told the lady and she grabbed a bag and sat it in front of the man standing beside me and never said I’ll be with you shortly or anything. After awhile I repeatedly asked if she saw us standing there. She bit my head off and said she had other stuff to do before she could talk to us. I’m 62 years old and have never seen such a horrible employee anywhere. We left and I looked up the number and called. The general manager answered the phone and I told him, he needed to know this. They have some issues with that employee!
They don't seem to pay much attention to detail. Meat-cold and a little undone. Onions- the green, hard part that nobody can eat. Fries- also poorly heated and stiff. Did not receive any discount for my app. Code nor did I build any significant points.
OMG, this is the worst of the worst BK or fadt food joint I've been to in Georgia. I will never ever go back to this particular BK. don't get me wrong I love BK nuggets. Anyway here's the short story, I when to the drive through at the BK, sat in line for almost 30 minutes for a guy came on to get my order, got to the window, it took almost 22 minutes for them to bring me the nuggets and fries. I mean the young man who was doing the drive through, was busy on his phone, like we the Customers did not matter. I should have just gone somewhere else right? but remember what I told you at the beginning...I luv the fries...lol.
