We ordered chicken tenders and one order was missing a few, so we returned and they replaced those. We decided to check them before leaving and they were undercooked. Therefore, we too then back and asked for a refund and they returned our money….. However, they never said anything!!! They completed the transaction and handed my husband the money without a single sound. No apology. No words at all!!!
So I decided to give this place a try because they never have anyone here and I thought who could mess up fried chicken…. Boy oh boy…. The service was the worst. The drive through attendant was obviously upset about something and she was extremely rude. She frowned when I handed her my card….why I’m still unsure. Of course my order was wrong and I was the only car there?I can’t make this up!!! Quincy the cook I’m assuming made it better by fixing my original order and bringing it out. They still left off my cole slaw but I digress!!?
Totally unhappy ? with the service I received. Went through the drive thru line was told they didn't have any breast. Ordered wings along with thighs . After waiting 15 minutes for chicken they asked me to pull up. They finally came to my car and said they were out if chicken. Uhmm aren't you a chicken restaurant??? Had to get back in line to get my money back . No apologies or any thing. I will not return here ever !!
Ordered a 20 piece of chicken and they gave me a 12 piece , when I told the manager she didn’t believe me as if I had reason to to lie about chicken. I drove home & I had to drive back worst bojangles ever ! I guess that’s why it’s always empty , no one goes there ! Plus the food was cold. This location needs new management and a new staff immediately.
Traveling through from Florida my grandson and I stopped for a hot meal.What a waste of time & money.I will never go to any Bojangles again.My chicken was over done & burnt.The fries were just as disgusting.
Young man at drive thru was so nice and kind. Very well mannered. Chicken sandwich.... awesome. Hate to say it but chic fli a has competition
Nice and fresh food. Customer service could definitely use some work. I ordered a good amount of food...when I asked for condiments..They provided me two packs of honey and hot sauce.
Place is a joke, went to order food and couldn't understand the guy in the drive thru, then not only that but claimed they was out of chicken sandwiches. Only seen two people working and so we decided to leave and went past the drive thru and the two workers were in there laughing and standing around. Poor management.
It’s BO TIME!!! Love the sausage egg and cheese biscuits! Losing stars for long drive through times. Please hire more people. Please open the dining area back up.
Jangles is alright lack of biscuits with the hope of not having to make them makes for a poor dining experience. Have the staples of the restaurant on hand and fresh will yield more revenue
