Customer service was a 0. I ordered gizzard dinner. Keke, wanted me to buy the dinner that was sitting there. Keke and the cook had they back turn to me. I heard yall. "What happened to the call in order that I cook?"(gizzard dinner). Well long story short THEY REFRIED THE GIZZARD. I HAD TO CALL POLICE ABOUT THE REFUND. I WONDER IF THE CUSTOMER THAT WAS BEHIND ME COMMING BACK? Terrible experience!! The owner had the same attitude! That's all.
Incompetent, Rude, Poor Grammar, No Customer Skills to say the least. Go to the Jackson location for better service and fresher food!!!Update:Met the owner of this establishment today and what a disgusting human being! How’s this location still on business? We as the general need to hold these businesses and their owners at a higher and demand more! If their unable to provide quality service and food consistently, they need to be out of business!!!
I've been a resident of McDonough for 29 years. I've frequented this restaurant very often but as [of late, the customer service has been off. My order was taken incorrectly and when asked what 2 pieces I ordered... I responded that there were supposed to be 3 pieces instead of 2. Nevermind, the misunderstanding, I was still given 2 pieces and items that were ordered and PAID for were still left out of my order. Conversations among coworkers is what seemed to be most important verses paying attention to what the customer is ordering. When I called to try and have the issue corrected, no one answered the phone...after 3 attempts.
OMG!!! Happened to be in McDonough thought I would stop by Big Chic, it’s been a while since I’ve last been there. I heard it was under new management. I was truly disappointed. Why is it when we take over a business we jack up the prices to get rich quick. They had Shenae-Nae taking your order in and Pookie fixing your order. I just paid $13+ dollars for 5 little whole wings. SMDH
I don’t eat Fried Chicken often, but when I do; (of course) I want it to be good. The chicken at Big Chic is bone pickin’ good! -)
I went to store in Lovejoy and I order fried okra and was cooked with so much salt it was like they poured the entire shaker on it. I have visited just about every Big chic from Fort Valley, Thomaston,Griffin, Barnesville, Forsyth McDonough etc but this was the worst I've ever experienced, they must been training the cook, won't be visiting them in Lovejoy again will drive to Macon first
Always been a big fan and loyal customer. The customer service makes me feel like I’m family and the food mannnnn. The chicken is hot fresh and juicy must try if you haven’t yet.
Service was terrible, out of all drinks and several items on the menu, and the food was cold after having to wait a while for it. I watched the 2 young ladies running the front counter upset every customer that came in while i waited on my food…

I expect consistency in a long-established restaurant such as this. When it’s good, it’s real good but maybe this was an off day. The skin slid off the chicken because maybe it wasn’t cooked long enough, and the fried okra was so greasy that it leaked through the bag onto the console in my car. The prices are too high for this type of service in a community that fully supports you.
