Kennedy at the drive thru tried to scam a dollar out of our change! food wasn't fresh either.
Been wanting Arby’s for weeks. Finally got back home from traveling abroad, and starving so decided to look this location up and saw that they closed at 11pm… did the happy dance in the car and proceeded to the location only to pull up at 10:02pm and find out from the cashier that they close at 10:00pm! So freaking annoying! How hard is it to update your location business hours to save potential customer the hassle of coming to your establishment outside of your actual business hours!! Is this too much to ask?!
Just left the drive thru. No lineNo one came to the speaker so I drove a around and a female employee was standing in the dining area on her phone. She just looked at me daughter and I like what are you looking at. After the employees there were arrested for stealing debit card numbers, you would think service would be better. Please shut that place down. It's just taking up space.
I went with my wife and my two children to that place when we arrived the manager only told us it is closed, according to Google it closes at 12am it was 2:30pm, I think he only saw that it was Latino and I took that aptitude, I do not recommend that place to anyone , in the XXI century I should not feel excluded because of my origin
Just letting everyone know that this location is now permanently closed; I went by there today and saw only one worker there and no one else. I asked the worker (she looked like the manager) and she said that the place was closed indefinitely. The place had broken glass windows, so idk what happened.
Y’all need to change your hours to the correct time it’s sad I pulled up at 10 o’clock pm cause it said closes at 1am wth. I have a google profile and it’s so easy to edit your hours, click edit profile then click edit hours it’s not rocket science….
Love these original roast beef sandwichs. I could eat more than 2. Great service and fresh food.
I had been craving Arby's for weeks when my husband made the suggestion. The drive-thru was quick, and they were very friendly. Our food was hot and delicious. My beef n cheddar had just the right amount of meat, cheese, and sauce. And when I asked for Arby's sauce, they didn't hand over 2 packets but a handful. Just what I needed!!
Pulled up to the drive through an hour and twenty before closing. Waited several minuted for anyone to respond and no answer. Pulled through past the window and one employee is waiting with his meal in the lobby and another employee is on his phone where the customer takes their order. 0/10
Very friendly & helpful General Manager!!!• We had a problem with a coupon in my phone app and she was extremely diligent & helpful in trying to get it to work.We have used this location before and really like it!Unfortunately, due to lack of workers, she has to temporarily have the Dining Room "closed".PLEASE!...Help this lovely lady out and 'apply' to work here.She AND the general public needs workers to come back to work!!!If places cannot get sufficient staff, these establishments, stores and businesses across the entire country/economy will be forced to close permanently!!!
