Sat in the drive thru tonight for 30 minutes. Got to the menu board at 2245, and the person says sorry we are closed. Unbelievable, especially since it says they close at midnight. One bad experience is all it takes, and tonight was it. Won't be going back for quite a while, if ever. I will drive a few extra minutes to visit another store.
Only been here twice and it was to try the fish sandwich it was soooo good that I have 2 days in a row hot and crisp and the fry were also hot plus the service was the amazing ? ?
Went to the Arby's in McDonough GA and when I pulled up @ around 9pm all lights were on with 3 vehicles in front of as all vehicles leave I get to the speaker and no one responds......so I go to the window, see two individuals and neither one of them would respond to me asking if they were closed. Checked online to see what time they closed and they weren't suppose to close for another 4 hours
The food was horrible and had a funny smell. I love Arbys and usually eat it a few times a month. However this location has rude employees with no customer service skills and the meat did not smell normal. I threw my sandwich away and would not even feed it to my dog. Onasked for curly fries and received regular fries that were cold. Will not be back.
Repeated occurrence of the restaurant being closed at 10pm, though it states 12am on the drive-thru windows, and 1am on the Google post.I mainly use mobile ordering to get fast food, and on multiple instances the restaurant has accepted the order but turned away the drivers stating the restaurant is closed. Very confused and irritated at the service.
Went thru drivethru and ordered a beef a cheddar. They forgot to add the cheese. Ordered mozzarella sticks. Didnt get them. Ordered a chicken and swiss with no lettuce and tomato. And guess what, they still put it on. I called to complain and got hung up TWICE by Jakobi. How do yall mess up that bad when we were the only customers in the drivethru my guy and yall were slow at that. Do better.
Wrong order missed on the $2 for $6. Missed on Beef and Cheddar gave only a Fish Sandwich. Gave a Mr Pibb never ordered a drink ?. Never got a receipt....manager gave me my food. Epic fail. Unfortunately won't be back ?. I like Arby's just not this location simple order. Did not get what was advertised
Just ordered there this evening (Sunday Jan 30th) and these people are incapable of taking a very simple order correctly. I will be back up there tomorrow to get a refund. I am sick of paying for what I did not order.
Not happy with food. Sandwiches had barely any roast beef and it wasn't shaved, and cold. Wrong fries, and cold. No napkins, no shakes. But not blaming only 2 guys working, need more help. Really bummed , felt like wasted $20. Down the road traveling before we ate. :(May not do Arbys for a long while.
I had an offer for UberEats and I saw this on the window when I drove around. Please remember that their hours of operation are now from 10am-9pm M-S
