BAD SERVICE… ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE… The service of this business is terrible, no customer service. While I was ordering, the “lady” told me that they couldn't give me the order the way I wanted it, even if I paid differently in advance... I ordered two flavors of wings with fries... when I picked up the order, she only gave me one dressing for 20 wings, I asked her for extra and she told me with an attitude that I had to pay for it... as well as the salt for the fríes ... I told her, ma'am, I have no problem paying for my order... she continued with her negative attitude... The lady with the purple shirt if she is the manager she need to learn how treat customers… Sad to say….This is the Worst place I have visited in McDonough since I moved in 2004...
This is my first time here and customer service is absolutely horrible. The person at the counter was rude and had a nasty attitude, like I was bothering her. I used my debit card, signed my receipt and was given my card back. She then proceeds to walk outside to get the owner. The owner comes back in and tells me my payment didn’t go through. I pull up my bank account and the payment shows up. The owner still says the payment may not go through at the end of the night?? So I ask for a refund and tell her to cancel my order. She’s continues to say no let’s work it out. So I leave me name and telephone number in case the order does not go through. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!
I was a little hesitant because of the negative reviews, but decided to give them a try. Fast and friendly service and my order was. Wings and fries fried crispy just the was I like them. The right amount of hot sauce and cooked to order. My Okra was good a well. I'll be back!
I really love their grilled chicken salad. However, my husband decided on the chef salad and paid extra for extra meat, but this doesn't look like extra meat. It's like a head of lettuce used though.
I was a past employee here, I worked at the cash register, the management would recycle messed up orders and give people old wings with new sauce on it, to make it seem fresh. The cooks in the back would pick up the food with their hands, drop food on the floor and serve it to the costumers. we’ve found numerous bugs by the kitchen. There’s a high possibility that your order will be messed up because the cooks can’t speak English. And they also overworked minors for a nine dollar and fifty cent pay rate
I went to this place here today mind you it’s raining hard outside I order my daughter an 10piece wing meal ask for the wings wet and fresh so the young lady taking the order was very rude so I said I’m go sit in car how long before ready she says five minutes I come back in ask her is the wings fresh and wet like I requested she says she don’t know and don’t give an dam so the older lady in there says what going on as I’m explaining to her manager what’s going on she standing there cursing and on her phone while dealing with the situation i don’t understand what her problem nor who own the business but someone need to retrain the young lady about customer service and respect bc she have neither one worse. O M G..... I got the Honey Lemon pepper wings and the lemon pepper wings a d I have fallen in love with this place. The cheese stake and fried rice are good as well.. Stop reading this review and go get something already ?
I always get great service here especially from the “LADY IN THE PURPLE SHIRT” she’s so sweet especially when you treat her with patience and respect. You talk to her sideways, she’ll match your energy and apparently that’s seen as “poor customer service.” Come in without a mask, and she’ll set you straight too lol it’s clearly posted! My food is always fresh and ready for pickup when I arrive. No complaints, we’ll always come back for more.
I have been here twice and both times the customer service has been AWFUL! The lady bagging food in the front is rude and mean. I will never go back. PLEASE don't waste your money here. The food is OK nothing to brag and get excited about but the why they treat their customers is down right pathetic. Not to mention on both occasions I spent well over $30 on one seafood bag. I asked for extra butter and the mean lady in the front says with a nasty attitude "Well she gone have to pay for it". Like I wasn't standing right there! I never had a problem and would have gladly paid extra like I did for everything else in my bag but the way she handled the situation was beyond unprofessional. Save your time and money and go to the subway next door!
Customer service is horrible. The mother of the crew ( older woman) has taught the younger ones her bad ways. They are all horrible. Barely speak but will look you in your face and say nothing. I've been going to them because of how close they were but I will take the drive and go elsewhere newscasts their attitudes are disgusting.
