Where have they been all my life???? Wings were good!!! Rice was a little dry. The customer service was awesome!!! But over all everything was great.
These people are crooks. They are not friendly at all, and the restaurant was dirtywhen I went in to pick up my order. This food was nasty(cold fries, and they gave me less wings then I payed for).
Very friendly staff seems to have a quick service yes to go only but that’s OK .
I just need everyone to know that this is the best american deli on the south side. I stand by that! I don’t pay much attention to customer service or wait times tbh. I usually get in and get out, say my thank you’s and just go about my day. I’ve never had a rude encounter at this location, but i’m here to rave about the FOOD! Their wings, philly cheeses, and fries taste better than any other american deli out here. I wish I knew what they did differently—either way, it works. I’ve been telling people that this is truly the only location I eat at these days. You won’t be disappointed.
Most people comments are on the Food items, which are finger licking good???. But this review is for the Employees of American Deli, Thier quick to serve and please you and it's all cooked to order, unless you order online of course. Have it your way at American Deli??????
The cashier was smiling and pleasant the food was fresh and delicious! They have the Best wings for takeout
This place used to be good but has really fell off, food hasn’t been consistent and I found a bug in my food the last time I ate here. They refused to refund me since I had already left the restaurant.
This location used to be good but the manager is rude, they run out of fries and do not tell you until after they have cooked your wings. The wings never have enough seasoning.
Usually very food, but not today. Wings were over cooked and didn't give me correct flavor. Asked for. Crispy fries, but they were pale.I guess I should have checked .Will try again. However, Decatur next to the Weave shop is the BEST!!!
Trash establishment. Employee was condescending and rude. Didn’t even bother ordering as plenty of other places nearby with better customer service. Website isn’t helpful and the only ordering available is DoorDash with inflated prices. Not worth it.
