How can you not get an order right? I order your new club sandwich and I get a plain chicken sandwich with NOTHING on it. Plain, dry, WT…? PLEASE send all of your crew to Chic-fil-A for training. What could be more important than getting a customer what they ordered? How hard is that? #neveragain

If you can’t figure out how to run a dine-in restaurant in the third calendar year of Covid then bless your heart. Two other local Zaxby’s have been open for quite a while.
I mean if I could rate them with no stars I would. I would recommend everything else around this location then go to this resturaunts!. There a franchise not corporate and should be shut down! Terrible Customer Service! Never seen a more nasty disorganized store! Just don't!

My husband and I went to Zaxby's on Halloween to get some boneless wings and chicken fingers to snack on as we gave out candy to trick or treaters. What a great delicious idea!
Visited drive-thru which was pretty fast and the service was very pleasant.
