Zaxby's on powder springs road, the food is normally cold especially the French fries. Additionally, I ALWAYS have to check my order. Stuff is usually not correct.

The drive through worker was so unbelievably rude. I asked for no ice and then gave me a cup full of ice. When I asked for another cup with no ice she looked at me like I had cussed her out and then she copped an attitude
Service was good. They didn't buff my fingers as asked which is the only reason it wasn't 5 stars. The cashier was nice and the line was quick. They have a 100 score.
Asked for big sacks snack meal with lightly salted fries it was heavy salted asked for fries to be light salt.. the staff kept asking for my container back then I asked for additional container and didn't want my food going back over the counter. Which I'm surprised they ask due to COVID-19. The manager was disrespectful and tried to get me to pull forward. After already waiting 20 minutes to receive my order which was wrong. I wouldn't recommend this one. Keep it Moving!!
No dine in available at this location at this time. Went through the drive-thru to order. Line moved a little slowly. Ordered the Wings and things and the new Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The Sandwich was on their Texas toast and was very tender and hot. It was not very spicy hot, lol. Definitely a good tasting sandwich. The wings and things was also very good. The wings were fried perfectly and had a decent amount of meat on them. Zaxby's usually delivers a quality product, and today was a good day!
Yesterday I got the Buffalo meal advertised on TV and the chicken was dry. And I paid extra for cole slaw and didn't receive it. For the first time I didn't like my food here!!!☹
One of the worst experiences at this location. My food was not fresh.. And the guy working drive thru was very unprofessional!! He could definitely use more training in customer service... I tried contacting the restaurant the next day to speak to a manager, no answer. And contacted corporate office, but No response back from anyone.. this location won't get my business anymore....
Since closing the inside due to the pandemic, the customer service and food at this location has gone down. The bread is either stale or burnt like this piece. Also, I asked for extra fry seasoning; not a heart attack. How did they look at all of the seasoning they put on these fries and still think they would be edible?
The key is consistency I just ordered an 8 piece boneless wing sweet an spicy. It look so good on the menu so I said ok iam going to try them. My food was not hot they put sweet an spicy sauce on some of the wing not all of them then the ones that I thought they put on they just put the sauce on the top of them so. The meal was not good I didn't enjoy it.
