I am so not never eating here again. It stinks and feels dirty from the moment u walk in this place. My sandwich was cold soggy and smelt bad. I was in a rush at the time so I never came back to get a refund. I took a few bites and felt sick?. I don't eat zaxbys much and after my experience here I remember why.

Horrible experience. Received the wrong order wrong drinks were made attention to detail is severely lacking at this location and no sense of urgency from the employees to correct the situation don't go here.
Waited 45 minutes for our food, and then was told our order “got lost”. Then they made no effort to go put together our order, and just continued serving others while we were still standing there waiting. Finally we had to go up yet again to ask for it. We did not hear a single “sorry for the wait”.
Drive thru service is pitiful. Hard to hear speaker so communication is crappie. Overall the food was good ?.

Took almost 30 minutes to get our food and even then our order wasn’t complete. When we asked for missing items we waited another 15 minutes and ended up leaving since it still wasn’t ready. Disappointing.
