Really enjoy lunch at Social House, especially when the weather is nice. They have great outdoor seating which is perfect for people watching on the Square. Their tacos are solid and I’ve had them a few times. The burger is very well done, great taste with simple ingredients. When you go, give the Brussel sprout appetizer a try; the honey drizzle makes it amazing!
I’ve been coming here since it was Willie Rae’s and always was a fan of the food. The cocktails were delicious as were my toddler’s chicken fingers. The service was fine as well, however, the two short rib entrees we ordered were borderline inedible. They were fatty, swimming in a greasy sauce, and not the tender meat you expect from a short rib. We told the server about the issues and the manager never came by to check in. Not sure when, or if, we will be back.

We did not have a good experience at all. Half of our food was cold. All of the salads had brown rotting lettuce leaves in it which were all very visible and the kitchen still somehow thought it was okay to send out. The glasses were dirty and there were some other issues with out order. The manager did nothing to try to satisfy us, did not offer replacement items or anything and very rudely said “any other complaints” when speaking to him about our experience.All of that aside, the food itself at WR Social House was very lack luster. The taste just wasn’t there at all.

Definitely won't be back. Food and service were so poor especially for the price. Drinks were good but overall the experience was not great. One of the worst spots in the square unfortunately. Swing by for a drink if you want but I'd recommend that is all you do there.
Great service and laid back atmosphere. Please try the Pimento cheese fritters and fried pickles! The pic shows how much I was thinking of posting! LOL.
The worst food and worst service I’ve had in a while. It took an hour to get our food, in which they forgot our appetizer and then said “don’t worry I won’t put it on your bill”, and then still never brought the appetizer. The chicken sandwich literally tasted like vomit, and the server said “I’ll give you half off of your sandwich since you took a bite out of it”.Somehow our bill was still $100, despite getting nothing that tasted like actual food.I left feeling sick all night !!!
Decent food. Nothing great but all good. They serve their burgers on dry, non-toasted, room temperature buns. Makes it kind of blah.Great happy hour oyster deals on Friday-Sat.
