Tarrence is the absolutely best! He does a great job with this location. The food is always wonderful and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. I have been a Willy's fan forever and it is always good to see that the quality and reputation associated with the brand is being well taken care of. An adobe chicken burrito with guac always will be my favorite thing to order and I will always order it from you guys and this location! Thanks for everything! Keep up the great work.

We usually order from a different location, but it closes earlier. So, tonight we ordered online for pickup from the East Cobb location. The ground beef burrito bowl was swimming in orange grease. On the 10 minute drive home, it soaked through the bottom of the bowl. ?
I personally worked at this Willy's and it was an awesome place to work! The employees are nice and the managers were also nice. I really enjoyed working there and seeing the "regulars". This was my first job, and Terrence really set the expectations high for any of my future managers! This location is amazing and full of hard workers!
I have eaten at over a dozen different Willy's locations in the last 20 years and this is by far the worst one. I have given this location several chances to improve their customer service, but they continue to disappoint. The evening staff is rude and never accommodating. This location runs out of food 2 hours before they close and they never offer to cook more. All other locations I have visited try to keep their customers happy. They offer to get more salad dressing, salsa, cook more beans, chicken, tofu, etc. I understand not cooking these items 30 min before closing, but 2 hrs before closing is not acceptable. Also- the portion sizes are so small, pretty much a kiddie bowl in an adult container. I would recommend going to another location if you want your meal in stock and better service. The Sandy Springs and Buckhead locations are wonderful!!!!
I had a great time working for Tarrence at this Willy's location over the summer! The staff is very friendly, the hours are flexible, and I was impressed with the standard they held themselves to when it came to the cleanliness of the store. All in all, it was a great first job experience and I love the Willy's family!
This place is an awesome place to work and eat. Ive worked on and off here for about two years for sometime and the staff is great, hours are flexible, and manager is good to his staff. Foods decent and the vibes are top notch.
An awesome, clean, friendly and really well run location. Antoine is usually at the main serving station and is most friendly and accommodating! Our favorite lunch spot!
Ran into Willy’s to grab a quick bite and walked into a bunch of smiling faces. I haven’t been to a Willy’s in a really long time, so I had a few questions. The staff was able to quickly and clearly answer my questions and keep the line moving. I got a spicy chicken bowl and it’s delicious- very fresh.
Willys is unequivocally the best burrito assembly-line chain restaurant; Moe’s and Chipotle can’t hold a candle to it. I’ll die on this hill. Very nice and friendly employees at this location; customer service is exemplary. 10/10 would recommend.
