I always come to this specific location because their food tastes better than other ones I've been to. I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism that I witnessed today at this location. Two young ladies (employees) were having a personal conversation while servicing the guest ahead of me. They dropped multiple F bombs and continued to do it when it was my turn to check out. I was shocked to see that the main one cursing had a shirt that said "Manager". If I was the owner of that location, they'd both be fired. That's how inappropriate and unprofessional the conversation was. Food was good though.

Went there the Thursday night I was hungry I walk in and the energy immediately speaks to me and let’s me know I’m not welcome… the young lady fixing the food was impatient and kept a stern tone of voice as if we were bothering her the kids in the back and yes I said kids were loud.. Chips all over the floor she said 20 minutes on rice and I understand that if your short staffed but it’s a whole dang football team in there so it should be done effortlessly but it wasn’t I left and went to the Smyrna location off Atlanta rd.. and was treated with respect had a way better experience this location is trash and plus a homeless guy was walking in and out the store obviously having a manic psychotic episode but this must have been normal because the employees were not phased by it

Willy’s is my favorite restaurant, I’m literally there almost everyday. The food is always delicious and fresh, coupled with an amazing staff — what more can you ask for?! Great service comes a dime a dozen nowadays, kudos to Willy’s for always providing a great experience!

came here after a while. 1.) i ordered veggie bowl and the cost has increased which i understand is due to inflation. but the bowl size is ridiculous decreased so much that all the items of the order do not properly fit in it and they end up smashing the food to the extent that it feels like its crushed when its opened back up, which is just nasty. 2.) They say "free chips" but the chips packet is already small and they dont even fill it to the actual size which is just stingy of the staff 3.) Finally, The white carry paper bag is big and feels like it can hold good amount of items, but it could not hold my 1 veggie bowl for more than 20 secs and it just tore due to the weight.4.) After paying the bill , i was told salsa is available at the salsa bar, but it was all empty, i dint bother to tell them coz i dint wanna waste my time and wait there any longer.totally disappointed!!! i somehow ate the crushed food in the bowl just to quench my hunger. Never ever going here again!!

Customer Service was good, very polite gentleman at cash register. However, the food was horrible I literally poured about two cups of water (juice from the food) from my taco bowl. Please advise employees how to drain excess water from food in the future. Also, this location was very disturbingly disgusting, lots of build-up on the stove. Missing salsa for my chips, and no napkins/forks. Will post photos later. Wont be revisiting any Willies.

The food at this location is always good, especially the Baja Burritos and the burrito bowls. If there's a line, it moves along swiftly. It's usually pretty busy here so the staff here is busy but even with that they're really friendly and they give good customer service.

The crew did a great job serving me and my workers. I was shocked by how calm the manager was when a woman was screaming at him about her online order. I heard the manager tell her that he just made her order and that it was ready to be picked up. She just went ahead and ordered everything again. When she got to to the cashier, the manager told her again that he already made her food and it was ready to go. She kept yelling that it was too late for that, he never told her that her food was ready. I heard the man, he even apologized that their computer just printed up the order, what more did this chick want him to do? I asked him if he was okay and he told me yes, just another way at Willys. Whatever you guys do, keep this guy happy! We'll keep coming in for the great food, great service and maybe even a psycho lady show!! LOL

The cashier was refusing to give me green sauce and complaining about line of people not my problem. A simple prepackaged green sauce. Lucky one of the preparers heard and handed me the sauce. Not sure why cashier lied and refused.

The worst location ever! I HAVE contacted Corporate about this location. Go to the Cumberland Pkwy one, it is far better with kinder employees! I placed on order online to save time. When I arrived, 20 minutes after placing the order, they told me they didn't have any ticket for me. After going back to my car to prove I placed the order at the correct location, the woman told me they didn't have it (Rudely and dismissive). I said okay, and she said I should order in line since they didn't have my ticket and I already paid for it and Tipped the employees. After the manager Finally checked the tickets, I saw 15+ shoot out of the receipt tray, showing that they weren't even checking for online orders. I saw mine and told them to remove it since I was already having the guy prepare my order. After I got to the register, they told me I owed them money. I showed them I paid for it and they told me they made two orders (mine and the online order that was over 10 minutes past due). I had already informed them Twice to remove my ticket or else they would get confused. They did not listen or communicate. I told them that I would not pay for two meals, since I already paid for the One order I was going to eat. The manager and girl gave me incredible attitudes and finally the manager said, Well "fine take your food". I asked for chips, the girl gave me a bag with (no lie) 10 chips in it... I asked for another. then, because I wrongly assumed she could simply put my food in a bag, she somehow forgot my medium queso, so I had to drive all the way back and hear them tell me that they couldn't give me the food I ordered. I said then, I would like a refund for the headache, ridiculous attitudes, and unnecessary driving time. They would not refund me and instead gave me my missing medium queso. The girl tried to argue with me further, but I was over it and left. All of the Employees, especially STEVE, deserve to be fired immediately. I have also contacted corporate and will be posting this everywhere I can about this location.
