I would like to speak with someone from corporate about this location, due to the slave days being over! Ever time my kids and I go into this location at night, the employees are extremely rude and racist. We have literally have to beg for service, from the white employees. Which is unfair to my kids and I. Living around the corner on Papermill, this location is very convenient and we shouldn’t have to endure this type of treatment.
They have never answered the phone once in the year that I have lived in east cobb. They insist on you spending 45 mins watching their sorry excuses for employees cook a dish that should take 5. They overcharge for the food that you do get and it’s always dirty inside. Literally the worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to. I’m also getting this fixed through corporate. You can’t just decide you’re not going to do to go orders. Or close down and let an actual good restaurant open up.
It was good. Food and Service were good. I little loud ... but on Sunday morning it had a small town feel as the servers seemed to know everyone.
Good food and good friends
If you are black warning! If your a biracial couple save yourself the trip. The lady that works there snow grey hair…older women refused to serve me. I was very confused but it became apparent when she refused to acknowledge me. I was there to meet a friend my friend was given great service throughout while I was ignored. I can’t believe this still exists in 2022 it’s very sad. She works night shift. She is there all the time. God bless her heart! After a while I stayed just to entertain myself with her ignorance. And to think of ways I could make the world a better place. The amount of control the color of my skin had over this women was shocking! That’s power! I forgive her…but I will be following up with corporate. So happy that generation is on its way out.
It took us a minute to find a Waffle House but when we did it was well worth it. The waiter combined my daughters and my breakfast so tge price would be cheaper.
Vegetarians steer clear unless you want to pay more. Worst service. I asked for the kids waffle combo but instead of bacon or sausage, I wanted to substitute hash browns... Since we don't eat meat. The lady said, no problem, I'll ring them up separately. Why do I have to pay more to not eat meat. On top of that, it's literally cheaper for them to serve me potatoes instead of meat. The waitress didn't care and tried to rush me. She said she got that part of the order waffle and hash browns and asked what else I wanted. I really thought she was going to do the substitution and not unfairly charge me but I still thought I'd ask. Sure enough, she was still going ring then up separately. She got the manager, but he didn't care either. He said the same thing as her but with a smile on his face. Not sure if that's better or worse. We got up and went straight to the good waffle house on Roswell Rd near the south loop.
How can you not love Waffle House?! The only complaint I have about this one is the entrance is in a bad location. Friendly staff and consistent quality.
Tasty food. Polite staff!
Great as always. The place was very busy, it was full when we reached there. And there were two three families who were waiting before us. But we were seated pretty soon. Ordering was easy, and the food came out hot and wonderful. The three of us were able to eat to our full in 2 breakfast plates. And we also had some leftovers ?.
