Super swanky smoothie shop located inside beyoga off the Marietta square. My bowl was delicious and did exactly what it needed to do. I got the lotus bowl which is blended pitaya, mango, pineapple, and almond milk. The toppings weee bananas, chia seeds, granola, and coconut flakes. The price is what one can expected from a smoothie bar located on the square. The service was friendly and the vibe was chill. You can eat outside on the square on inside the quiet yoga studio. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a simple healthy breakfast or snack.
It's edible but NOT the best , i've had better I was given frozen frozen strawberries and hard peanut butter I guess

I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances and always end up disappointed. Every time I go they have no juices available and say it takes 30 minutes to make them so I kept that in mind this time and I had ordered a spirt animal an hour ahead of time and when I got there they told me the order was canceled but online it said it was ready. Customer service is horrible and the workers are very lazy.
Smoothies and super foods at their delicious best. Aesthetically decorated place with good energy. Super friendly people.
Just had the "Heart Opener" Smoothie Bowl, made by (& suggested by) Emily @ The Kennesaw LA Fitness location. When I say AH-MA-ZIIIING!!!!!!! *Ah-Hem* I need to start getting rewards points!!! ???
I love Ariana's Protein Bowl at UpDog Smoothies. It's a wonderful post Yoga or post strength workout at Fitness Marietta treat! Great location! Central to both BeYoga and Fitness Marietta. They may be busy, but it's worth the wait!
I was really hoping I could stop and get a fresh juice. I was told it would be 30 mins for a fresh juice. They only had a selection of juices 2-3 days old. No fresh juices prepared that day... On a Saturday I ordered a bowl that was served to me with residue around the outside of the to-go bowl and the lid looks as if it was previously used. The person that takes the order also made the orders on the counter were guest arrive to place their order. So several people standing over the counter while orders are being prepared.. Very unsanitary and thrown together.. this was very disappointing.
the acai bowl is delicious! super fresh! I've gotten this to go many times, and its always great.
Walked in today and although there was no one there when we got there, we waited 15 minutes before asking when our two smoothies would be ready. He admitted he hadn’t started them yet, and that it would be another 15-30 minutes before they were ready. I love smoothies but waiting 30-45 minutes for one of them is not worth it. The guy said he didn’t know how to give a refund and so he took a note about it but not sure I’ll be getting that cash back. I would only go here if you have an hour or more to kill while you wait.
