Authentic Tam Kha Soup (shrimp instead of chicken), Pad Thai, and Massaman Curry. Prices are reasonable with a small soup at $5. Quality and reasonable portions. Fried bananas are different. **was closed during normal hours at 12:40 on Monday 6/27.
I dont know if this is how they cook their drunken noodles or if a mistake was made but this is the worst drunken noodles I have ever had in my life.Meat quality was good. Vegetable were ehh.Taste wise, nada nothing...bland bland bland. All I tasted was the spice and the oil it was cooked in. Not a drop of salt or sauce. Disappointing.
This place is overrated. We tried drunken noodles and panang curry. Both of them had a lot of carrots and very less amount of other vegetables. The quality of vegetables was mediocre. The drunken noodles were dry. For an additional 2-3 dollars, we can get better tasting thai food with quality ingredients at other Thai restaurants.
Wow, this place is so delicious. I can’t even name all the ways I love this restaurant… but here are some. The staff is so lovely, always have a smile on their face and are just a beautiful, special bunch. The food is always delicious, especially the tofu, which is a difficult food to get right! It is very vegan-friendly, so many options to choose from. The spice is always top-notch without covering the flavors of the food. The prices are incredible given the large portion sizes. I really recommend this restaurant, I haven’t been able to stop going since I found it a few months back!
Found this gem while visiting Smyrna from out of town. This is some wonderful authentic Thai cooking. Kind and hard working people, lovingly preparing big potions, fast! We had Tom Yumsoup, Spicy Basil chicken and mango coconut rice. Everything was amazing!!!
If you are looking for authentic, delicious Thai food this is the spot. We had the Tom Yum soup and spicy garlic chicken and mango coconut rice. Everything g was amazing! Excellent service, fast and with big portions.
Amazing Thai food!! I've never sat down and ate, I always get to-go but the employees I've interacted with have been so nice and knowledgeable! Flavorful and you can get it pretty spicy or ask for chili oil if you want to make it even more spicy. Best thai in the area.
The food was excellent. The atmosphere is a small casual place. The staff was very friendly and personable. All together a very enjoyable place for dinner. Will definitely star it to return!
First time in, and I saw great reviews on Google and Trip Advisor. Started great, the coconut soup and spring rolls were excellent. I was ready to write the glowing review at that point, but wife suggested we wait until the entrees. She had Pad See Ew and was just average. I had the Rad Na and it had barely any flavor. It was more like a soup than gravy. Could tell the meat was fresh and they gave a lot, but I need flavor! Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, but was disappointed. Server was super friendly and attentive. I’d give them another shot, just order something else.
Where to begin ?. When I first walked the amazing aroma of whatever was being cooked at the moment invited me in. I was greeted by a gentleman who I later found out was one of the owners, Richard. This was my 1st time visiting but not my friend who had ordered takeout many times before. She mentioned that she was introduced to this restaurant by friends and family who had raved about how good the food was, mind you they live in N.Y. The restaurant wasn't full to capacity but they were plenty busy with takeout orders and some patrons coming in and out during our visit. You can visibly tell how well taken care of the restaurant is by how clean and tidy everything is. We enjoyed an appetizer, Rose bundles, that was plenty flavorful and just enough for 2 to enjoy. Our entrees were the Panang Curry w/Shrimp and Pineapple fried rice ?. Both were so delicious. I especially loved the Panang, left me licking my spoon after one taste. Lastly, while we waited for our to-go orders (as if we hadn't ate enough lol, it was for our hubbies) the other owner surprised us with a delicious treat, green tea ice-cream. It was so good!! I had never tried it before. They also have other good looking desserts to try and I can't wait to do so. I enjoyed every second of our visit today. Richard kept our cups full and was very attentive without being over bearing or pushy. At no point did we ever feel rushed to leave so they could clear the table. We will without a doubt return whether dine in or takeout. Such a pleasant experience and I must add that the prices are super reasonable and portions are generous ? you won't be disappointed!
