Very dissatisfied!! My first time there while my wife's in the hospital and they were VERY disorganized. Rang up my order and then after taking my money starting giving out refunds because the smoothie machine was broken....BOTH OF THEM?? if they had communicated I would have ordered a different beverage or even not ordered and went next door.....1st and LAST time customer unfortunately . .......AAAANNNDDD ON Top of that when they hand me my food they don't even say thank you or apologize then just for like here's your food. And the icing on the cake was the sandwich kinda sucked as in didn't taste good. Overall a waste of time and money.
Not only were items missing in our $60 order, but we had food quality and safety issues. The 3 sandwiches we actually received weren’t fully heated and were missing ingredients. We didn’t even receive all of the sides we ordered. By the way, the sweet potatoes were mushy and old tasting. I’m pregnant, and I have an autoimmune disease, so food safety is a must, as it should be for any person. We are incredibly disappointed.
My God slowest place I've every experienced. The woman was taking her sweet time making 5 drinks at a time and people ha e been waiting 10 minutes or more. No sense of urgency and nasty attitude..
I swear this is the worst Tropical Smoothie I've ever been too. Please if u thinking about stopping here please Stop ✋️ now ?♀️ ?♂️ fast. The manager didn't even know how to give refund?. I was refused my money back after my sandwich was made incorrectly. It was burnt, sloppy, and looked disgusting ?. This really put a bad taste in NY mouth ? I won't be having tropical ? smoothie for awhile
Extremely rude staff. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, instead the employees just looked at us. We had to speak to the young lady at the register first ,as she just stood there. I placed an order for a smoothie and when it was done the young lady placed it in the Grubhub spot instead of handing it to us. We will not return as this was a terrible experience!
I used to come here all the time, but I switched to another location because good lord. I don’t know what happened to the employees at this place, but they are not being paid enough or something. Ppl say the employees are rude here but I’d be rude too if I was the only worker during a rush. You wouldn’t catch me working here & now I won’t be a customer either. The higher ups get your stuff together fr & figure out how to keep your employees happier and for longer. Smh.
Ordered food from app. Driver left food at restaurant. App has no way to contact anyone for a refund. Called store and manager will not be back for several days. So no food, no refund, no real customer service. Best I could do was leave my number so manager Lauren might call me back in a few days. Avoid.
Tropical smoothie is top tier. But this location is not unfortunately. The were kind to me but man are they understaffed. All I am saying is I hope the employees are treated well cause this place is 1 worker quitting away from not running.
Madison is the best for being completely by herself on a Saturday morning. Smoothie was amazing but she should have had help. Only scummy managers leave one person to run a busy store.
Thank you so much to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the delicious smoothies and the edible straws! Your random act of kindness at our little party next to your location was so thoughtful and the smoothies were wonderful. I look forward to my next visit.
