Haven't tried the breakfast here but the lunch menu is good! Burgers are juicy and served on buttery Texas toast. Onion rings are made in house, and there's so many ways to customize a burger. I had jalapeño pimento cheese on mine and it was the perfect amount of spicy. Very busy place and sometimes orders take a minute to come out but nothing ever unreasonably long.
Same great food and service! This was the first time we visited their new location and it’s nice. I got the burrito with sausage and veggies and my wife got the two egg dish with biscuits. It was great interacting with the customers and staff.
Had a really great chicken and waffle here. One of the best pieces of chicken I've eaten in a restaurant, the batter was perfect. The waffle came with 3 different jams and syrups. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when we were ordering and getting Togo cups for coffee. I wish there were lids for Togo cups, but I might have just missed it.
Wow! Guy Fieri is right. The gravy that The Red Eyed Mule serves is money! The gravy alone is worth the wait, which we had only a short one. The service was good, which is rare in this post-pandemic time. The grits were thick and cooked well, just like I like them. Everything else about our breakfast was spot-on. However, the gravy was remarkable! We will return to this landmark Restaurant soon.
It is decent. I had the Mule Bucket, but the taste was rather bland. No flavor to the gravy nor the eggs. I normally don't like to salt and pepper food much, but that was the only way to get some taste to thebl gravy. The Mule Chips and the coffee was good. I'm more than willing to give it another shot because it is a cozy and I like the idea of the place. But when I crave gravy I want to taste gravy!
After a long 12 hour night shift I was feeling like quite the red eyed mule myself, but the food here helped turn it around. By far the hash and the biscuit were my favorite parts. I would definitely recommend this as a good spot for some solid breakfast food for anyone in the area.
Took a group of Senior Citizens for lunch and it was wonderful! Ruby takes your order at the front and is very helpful and kind. The owner (sorry don't remember her name, saw her on TV) was busing tables and cleaning. She came over to say Hi. Location is impressive! Lots of outdoor seating! Food came fast and was sooo delicious! A wonderful day ☺️??
The food was perfect. I had chicken and waffle. The chicken was fried right, golden crispy on the outside with tender juicy meat on the inside. The waffle made the Belgians jealous they don't have a Red Eyed Mule. I topped my chicken and waffle with butter, drizzled some syrup and lightly sprinkled salt all over it. You do it your way. The mule chips were great too; golden hash brown medallion. The staff was very kind. The food came out quickly. If you eat here, you can choose to sit at the counter, inide tables or eat outside on the patio. It seems to be a spot frequented by Marietta locals. Both, inside the Red Eyed Mule and the grounds outside are clean and well kept. Thank you Red Eyed Mule for a Great Eating Experience.
I'm joining the throng of fans of this spot. My new favorite burger is that slaw and "sloppy jimmy" masterpiece. Biscuits are big and delicious and everything I've tried so far has been so good. Top it off with a friendly and hardworking staff and you've got a place that's consistent and hard to beat. I'm about to head over there right now!
